You couldn't find a nicer and more competent electrician than Andrew. He installed a transfer switch and 30 amp outlet for our emergency generator, and his work was fast and neat. He never rushed, and took the time to show us exactly how to perform the transfer if the power failed. He also brought some gasoline for the generator, and walked us through startup and run procedure. His price was most reasonable. He's the guy to hire in the Lakes region for your electrical work.

This is the 2nd time we've used Collins and Sons. No non-sense honest support. Fair pricing and quality service. We just purchased a very old house and were worried about the wiring. These folks identified a legitimate danger issue and immediately mitigated the problem.

We gave them a long list of additional outlets, generator hookups, additional amp switches, and wall plugs. They came out and quoted a very reasonable price then came back and knocked out all of our requests in a matter of hours. Highly recommended

Evan and his company (Collins and sons llc) were available last minute for a hot tub installation and were very professional and quick to respond. We were in a pinch to get the place ready for the Fourth of July and he went above and beyond to accommodate. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend

Evan and crew have helped us out on a number of occasions requiring electrical expertise, including installing new smoke alarms throughout the house in the past, and checking a smoke alarm problem in the garage. The most recent call was checking amps pulled on a number of electrical items and making sure our generator could handle the load. His advice on timing of usage during an electrical outage will help get us through some more winters! Thanks for your responsiveness and help! I highly recommend this electric company.

Evan was recommended on the Facebook Wolfeboro Page. We contacted him and he responded in a timely fashion. Evan and his crew came to update our electrical panel and set up our electrical for our new hot tub. Evan spent most of the day on site and kept on task. They all were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Evan set up the meetings with the town and the power company and everything came without a hitch. I can't praise and thank Evan enough. My electric panel needed replacement and he was prompt, efficient, and personable. When the beginning when the old panel failed with scorching around the breaker, he was at the house within minutes. Then, as soon as NHEC was there to pull the meter, Evan was there to install the new panel.

I would highly recommend Evan for any electrical work that you need done whether big or small. Evan did all of the electrical work for our extensive and complicated condo renovation. His work is competent and professional and his manner is patient /pleasant / polite. He was very responsive throughout the project and he completed all of the work in a timely and neat fashion. Evan's willingness to take time to return to do some minor additional work that I wanted done is unusual especially when finding anyone these days to respond is a challenge. I can recommend him without reservation.
