Porter Electric was great to work with. I would use them again and have referred them to a friend. They communicated well, answered all our questions and handled all the paperwork and permitting. We have a historic house so worried about how the panels would look and they did a great job. They also had the best price per KWh.

We've had quite a bit of work on our house in the past year and have had half a dozen contractors working on various projects. By far, Porter Electric was the easiest contractor to deal with and also the contractor that we had the most confidence in. The communication was great from the initial quote to the final approvals. The workmanship is top notch and we have had zero issues with the system. We are so happy with the results that we have reached out to them for another project.

Our solar system install was just completed and the crew did an amazing job. Both with the quality of work and the site clean up. Also, I asked many questions as the install was underway and they were all received and responded to in a timely and useful manner. Could not have asked for a more professional crew. This install was done in Chichester NH and I would highly recommend Porter Electric for any of your solar and electrical needs. Schedules were kept and completion was done on time as promised. The office staff at Porter was also very helpful and guided us thru the process from start to finish.

Usually pretty good but they lock their doors before the posted closing time. I needed something quick and arrived 8 minutes before the closed only to find the doors locked.

I've been into CES several times over the past few years. Their prices are great and the products are high quality. It's not a typical retail showroom. Their main business seems to be contractors so it helps to know what you need, but they've always been good about talking through what I'm trying to do.

Give them a try. Many things are cheaper than big box alternatives and several things are available individually so you can buy exactly how many you need.

I have never been to this store, but I was almost ran off the highway by one of your drivers today (number on the side of the truck was 641640). The man was totally not paying attention, riding in the left lane most of the time, in between lanes, no directional use, and while rounding a corner, almost squeezed me in between him and a barrier had I not slammed on my breaks (in almost 5pm traffic). Absolutely no regard for anyone else on the road. I’m not one to complain about these situations, but it was absolutely terrifying how quickly things could have been a lot worse, and I’m not even sure this man would have noticed.

Richard was super professional, fast, kind and cleaned up as soon as he finished, highly recommend!

Rich was very professional and nice to work with in obtaining a quote. Some of his workers cane out to help us with some wiring issues for our furnace and fuse box. We had a sprinkler pipe bust, Rob for monarch was quick to get on site and make sure staff and residents were safe.
