Owner showed up at my door within hours of the call to assess condition, was able to obtain parts and install before others could even call me back.

He was OUTSTANDING for the first couple of years using him. Very knowledgeable and got here right away when needed. For the past year, i can't even get a response from him.

Came to my home and charged me 100.00 only to push my main power switch on. I then asked to make an appointment for install of bathroom fan and he said to reach out to schedule it. I have repeatedly reached out and have not had any response. I’m so disappointed that I used this business to begin with. At least have the courtesy and professionalism to respond to a customer. Bad business and simply unprofessional.

Best electrician around!! Steve has a great work ethic.... does everything he can to get the job done!! Had him replace the mast pipe into my house after the wires had been ripped from my house when a tree fell on the wires down the street!! He handled removing the "heavy" pipe that was attached to the house from years ago and replaced it, then reran the wires from the roof into the house. He's thorough, cleans up the area, and is reasonable in his pricing!! A great find!!!

I own several cabins in Lincoln, NH. Steve of Barrasso Electric added a new electric service to the cabins and converted all of the fuse boxes to breaker boxes, requiring all new wiring to each of the cabins. Steve's work was impeccable! All of his wiring was a thing of art to see. He cleaned and vacuumed every area that he worked in. His prices were also very fair. I would highly recommend Barrasso Electric for any electric needs that you may have.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding a recent transaction at your establishment. My employee attempted to make a business purchase but was refused service because our company's business card did not bear his individual name. This necessitated an immediate funds transfer to his personal account to complete the purchase, causing considerable inconvenience and an unprofessional experience. We hope this issue can be addressed to prevent future occurrences.
