Neal responded quickly to my call, while others in the area either didn’t pick up their phones and/or didn’t return my calls. Scheduled a visit for the following day and continued to follow up throughout the day. Was quick and efficient in fixing cut line. Kind, professional, great work, and reasonable prices. Top notch! I called Phil to come out and look at an on-going electrical problem. He was able to quickly detect that the electric panel had completely corroded. We were able to schedule a follow-up visit for him to install a new panel the same week. He was very informative and responsive throughout the whole process.

Highly recommended. We recently purchased a home and had Neal Electric upgrade our service from 100 amp to 200 amp and fix some sketchy wiring issues with our generator transfer switch installed by the previous owners. They handle all coordinations with the power company and installed the new panels like a true craftsman. Professional and prompt.

The best for home electric jobs. Steve did a new ceiling fan for us. Super transparent, upfront with everything, and even learned about why my LEDs wouldn’t work in some of our lights. Found another issue while crawling around in the attic and resolved it for us. 100% would recommend and use again.

Paul and his crew were very professional and efficient. We had them install light fixtures and outlets. Also very reasonable pricing.

I reached out to Paul to do the electrical installation of a hot tub on a Tuesday. By Wednesday morning, Paul was out reviewing the project at my home and had an estimate emailed to me very early the following day. I expanded the project by his recommendation as my home is 70 years old and still had the original electrical panel. Paul replaced the panel and prepped our hot tub site for hookup within the week. A few weeks later, he came and finished the job. He even addressed a circuit board issue with our hot tub which is well beyond what I would expect. He also secured some wires in our basement that were hanging. Paul doesn't seem to do half measures and will do the extra small things and it speaks absolute volumes about how he works.

Paul was incredibly punctual, communicative, and professional through the whole process. Working with Sinclair Electric was a great experience and I look forward to working together again soon.
