I have used Mark for 4 different projects in my house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Living in a small town, it's always great to find a reliable local professional, and Mark always exceeds my expectations. He’s installed ceiling fans, wired a generator outlet switch into my panel, and installed some very handy puck lights on a dimmer in our bedroom.
First and foremost, the pricing was incredibly fair and inline with what I’ve paid for similar work in the past. The work itself was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time, assessed the work quickly, and got to business. He’s very knowledgeable and offered some suggestions that I didn’t think of with my projects that elevated them beyond what I had, like recessed lights in a bedroom while doing the fan install which we absolutely love!
Perhaps most importantly he left my home spotless. I've had experiences with other contractors who leave a mess behind, but this was not the case here. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself, leaving everything just as he found it.
If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled electrician around Litchfield, I highly recommend Mark. His fair pricing, efficient work, and commitment to cleanliness make him a top-notch professional. I will certainly be calling him again for any future electrical work I may need.

I had Mark's team install a fiber optic HDMI cable and home theater projector. They did a fantastic professional job both running the cables up through the ceiling and mounting the large projector. After installation, I realized the projector was mounted too high, relative to the screen, and they immediately came back to remount it on a drop-down pipe without charge.

Upgrading the house's heating & cooling systems, required that we replace the original 100 Amp service with a new 200 Amp service to accommodate the increased load. Mark came to our house and inspected what was required and provided us with a reasonable quote for his services. Mark arranged the town's permitting and on the agreed date his team completed the project with the installation neat and professional. Before leaving his staff cleaned up the debris and Mark reviewed the new installation with me before leaving. Subsequent inspection by the town's building department passed with flying colors. Mark was easy to work with and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend MH Falardeau Electric for handling your home or business electrical needs.

So I was having issues with outlets and lights not working and eliminated all the usual suspects... and as I am deathly afraid of an electrical panel (due to my own ignorance and not knowing anything about them) it was time to call an electrician. I see Kingston Electric trucks on Rt 125 just about every morning so I thought I'd give them a try... Not expecting a response since it is Black Friday and I was off, figures I'd leave a message and hopefully get a call in the next 2 weeks or so... Tom actually answered his phone!... I explained I had some arching at the panel, and asked if he time over the next couple weeks...he immediately said that is not good at all, and had just finished for the day, but was heading thru my town and he said he would stop by to take a look as he had safety concerns. He showed up within the hour as stated, diagnosed the problem and showed me what was going on with the issues I was having. He replaced a half dozen breakers, had to move some around within the panel due to the condition of my existing panel, and checked everything out. No more arching, no buzzing and tested the whole house with me. He gave me some recommendations for future upgrades that should be done, took my info and said he would send me a bill. (estimated around $250-$300 for both the 2 plus hours service call, 6+ double breakers, etc...) All on Black Friday! He did mention my timing was perfect and he (and his son) are straight out, and cannot take on any new jobs until February 2017... but because there was a safety concern, he went out of his way.

I would highly recommend Tom in a heart-beat, to the point where I am planning on booking him and his son in the spring to move, upgrade and replace my entire existing electrical panel.

Its hard to find good honest contractors sometimes (electricians are one that I don't have any current relationships with...but do now.)

Tom was responsive and gave me a fair estimate for what I requested. I had some old wiring in my antique house that I thought should be replaced. Tom looked at it and said it was ok, saving me a lot of work and money. 5 stars for honesty and professionalism.

Great staff! They installed our Generator hook up a few years ago and still going strong without any issues. The installer was polite and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need like another install "Heritage". The consultation was free and fit around my time. Great company!

I have been working with Harry-O for the past 3 years now on numerous projects. Their crews are great to work with and can work with many different budgets. No reason to look anywhere else for a good electrician and no project is to large for these guys. They have the man power to tackle large projects on time and the knowledge and work ethic to back it up. Can't get the guy in the field, call the office and speak with Emily she will make sure the message gets through.
