I couldn't be happier with RCA for home's desperate electrical needs. I've hired them for numerous jobs, and they're always responsive; friendly; professional; and do quality work. I'm sure I'll have more electrical work in the future, and I will always choose RCA

Rhony was great. I called and he showed up right away, which I appreciate very much; I could tell he was already busy. He was polite and respected my home and did good work. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

They have done everything from a simple gfci replacement, to a new 4 unit apartment building for us. Hard to find people who care and are mindful of quality work nowadays. This team is great to work with.

Mr Laroche is skilled electrician who takes his job seriously. I have seen first hand his abilities in various applications including fire alarm systems, lighting and general power, commercial, industrial, and residential construction. I found him to be very professional, and know that his work ethics are on par with the best electricians in the New England area.

The protective enclosure for the electrical wires coming from our house roof to the electric meter was torn and deteriorated leaving the wires exposed to the weather. We called Eversource and the Customer Rep told us that we were responsible to get the repairs done, so we called Matt at Laroche Electric. Matt came out and was surprised that the electric company would not make the repairs, but looked at the situation and gave us an estimate. He then called a contact at Eversource and confirmed that Eversource was responsible for the repairs. Matt coordinated the schedule for Eversource to do the work and they came and fixed the problem a week later for no cost. We couldn’t be happier with results. We are so appreciative of the cost savings that was provided by Matt’s knowledge, time and effort on our behalf. We highly recommend Matt if you are looking for an electrician that is experienced and knowledgeable as well as kind and honest.

Matt did some work at our house at our after we had some electrical issues with our wiring from the 1950’s. He got the work done efficiently and explained what he was doing along the way. Great work, thanks for helping get things updated around here!!! Would recommend 100%

What a great company to work with. Bill came out and assessed everything and was very kind and thorough. I had so many questions and he was very patient. Being new to the area I was nervous not knowing any contractors from here. The entire process was very smooth and it was done exactly as Bill described it would be. Bring on the next storms we are ready!! Thank you Chamberlin Electric.

I have been using Chamberlin for my electrical needs for a few years now and have found them to be reputable honest and their prices are reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to connect a generator, a hot tub or general electrical needs. I have used them for all three and will continue to do so in the future.

We have used Chamberlin Electric before and always had an excellent experience. I think it was Brian who did the work and offered recommendations and advice when we had questions. He also responded when my husband called him on a Sunday afternoon to ask his advice about a separate issue. EXCELLENT!!!!! Can't say enough about the quality of service!

Generator was hit by lighting. Chamberlin was able to send someone out that night. Required many parts replaced so they sent a tech out a couple days later to check the whole generator. The whole generator needs replacing and another tech is coming out this week to give me an estimate. I had to replace the whole system because of major damage to the system. Chamberlin came out gave me an quote on a new system. Chamberlin installed my first generator and I knew they would do an excellent job. They replaced the whole system in 1 day. I would recommend Chamberlin to anyone looking for a new whole house generator

We had a Generac 16 KW generator installed, and it went perfect perfectly seamless. Chamberlin Electric took care of all the paperwork all the permits installation. All I had to do was sign on the bottom line of the contract. The generator has been performing flawlessly. Their service department is fantastic. You actually get to talk to a real human being when you call Chamberlin and they’re very nice people.. If you looking for a generator, Chamberlin Electric is a place to call.

Over two years ago my wife and I decided to get an emergency generator. We thought a Generac 7.5 kW would be sufficient. We went to our local Home Depot and as a result we got in touch with Chamberlin Electric.
We scheduled an appointment and Chamberlin Electric’s representative arrived as scheduled. The representative conducted a thorough inspection, including the circuit breaker box, and then convinced us to step up to a 10 kW generator. We agreed. We also pointed out that in about 3 and a half months we will be leaving for about two months and therefore, it would be great to have the installation completed before we leave. We were assured that this would be no problem.
We paid $3000 initial deposit, as agreed, and then a long silence followed. I contacted Chamberlin Electric and within few days an appointment was scheduled by Chamberlin Electric. The company’s owner, Rick, arrived to conduct additional inspection on-site. He asked us to identify the circuits we wanted to place on the backup power and then he pointed out that we wanted to move a bunch of GFCI circuit breakers that cannot be used in the box that came with the generator. He counted how many new breakers we need by turning them off. We were lucky there was nothing critical running on electricity in the house. Since some of our breakers were in the off position, his count came out incorrectly. I tried to point it out but Rick knew better.
Soon after I received information that the additional GFCI breakers would cost $1200.00. These breakers cost approximately $50.00 each at Home Depot and we needed seven. I asked to terminate/void the agreement with a refund of my initial $3000.00 deposit as in my view it was a classical “bait and switch” case. I still regret that I did not stick to my request. Lots of back and forth conversations followed and once the number of breakers became correct and the price quoted for the additional breakers came down to what they actually cost, I relented and agreed.
After another reminder about our upcoming 2 months absence sent to Chamberlin Electric two young men unexpectedly showed up to prepare the base/pad for the generator. They also brought the generator and additional parts. They did need access to our property so they were lucky that we were at home.
Soon after another appointment was scheduled, the installation crew showed up as scheduled and the installation was completed. In my view the installation was completed very well. Only the hole/trench dug out for electrical and gas connections that was supposed to be filled after the Town’s inspection was never filled.
After this we were billed for the completed work. I asked for clarification for one of the “mystery” charges and was told it was for a maintenance agreement that I purchased. I did not. Eventually this charge was refunded.
One year after the installation while we were again in Europe I got a voice mail from Chamberlin Electric’s technician stating that he would be coming to perform preventive maintenance on our generator. Despite calling back and leaving a message explaining that we do not have a maintenance agreement the technician showed up the next day - as we could see on our security cameras - at our place. However, since there was nobody at home, he did not do any work. I sent email to Rick who took care of this issue.
Soon after I received a bill to extend the remote monitoring service. The first year was included free of charge. This time it was as simple as not paying for the service renewal.
To be clear, I am not trying to discourage anyone from getting maintenance agreements and/or remote monitoring agreements. For many people this may be a good idea. However, I did not like the way it was handled in my case.
So would I recommend Chamberlin Electric? No. The work was completed very nicely but my overall experience was quite disappointing.

We installed a full house generator about a year ago. Chamberlin was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and every step was so organized and done quickly. All of the staff were professional and great to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way. We are happy we chose them!

Chamberlain serviced my old Briggs and Stratton generator for years. When it needed replacing last spring I got pricing from a couple of companies. Chamberlain was the best and the install of my new Generac was seamless. They are the best, IMO

Travis from Loren Morse is phenomenal.

Travis and his apprentice Joe did substantial work in my home, among them running ~20 Cat6a Ethernet lines to my basement from several first and second floor rooms and for three ceiling-mounted WiFi access points (at least several hundred feet of cable), to running new GFCI outlets in three bathrooms, to installing a new electrical subpanel.

Travis was professional, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring I was happy with all aspects of each part of the work. The now-hidden cabling in the new subpanel is very organized and nice to look at. The home runs for the Ethernet lines down into the basement are organized in a gorgeous way, and I'm _very_ happy with the final result. I tend to have high standards for the aesthetics of installed equipment, etc, and to my extreme benefit Travis is clearly highly self-motivated to produce a professional, deliberate, pretty final result. Attached is a photo of the Cat6a home runs leading to my newly-installed networking equipment. Travis ran the cables down each side of the backing board, then below, then up the middle behind to terminate into my patch panel. Very clean!

Travis was very clear, communicative, and kind throughout the multiple days of work involved, and overall did stellar work.

Loren Morse himself came for the initial consultation, and was also clear, kind, communicative, informative, etc, in helping me put together the slate of work I ultimately decided to pursue.

Five stars to Loren Morse Electrical!

Great company, excellent work and pricing. I've been meaning to write a review for a month now. Loren Morse Electrical was highly recommended to us by our son who hired them to do all the electrical for their addition. We hired them to do all the electric for our new kitchen and we were so happy with the results. The work was done quickly, on time and it even came in under the estimate! I never give a review unless the service or product is worth mentioning. We will definitely hire Loren Morse Electrical again for any future electrical needs. Thanks to the entire team!

This is an excellent company. They recently installed a Kohler 26KW stand by generator at my home. They were outstanding from initial contact to final delivery. Loren himself did the initial assessment and recommendations. The electrician, Rob, that they had do the work was professional, informative, and very pleasant. Karen in the office was great and follow-up was as it should be. Loren and his company will get all my electrical business in the future and I recommend them whole heartedly.
