I have been working directly with Custom Electric since starting my Property Management career in New Hampshire. They have remained efficient and reliable over each project. The property that they service on my portfolio definitely has its quirks; however, I can rely on Custom to handle each issue with care from their apprentices to their seasoned electricians. They service our alarm system, exterior and interior lights, as well has our electrical panels.

We had some issues at our house we needed help with. Fans with no switches, outlets that didn't work, and a garage with only one outlet. Walter and his apprentice came over and solved all of our problems. Now everything works and I have an outlet right where I need it in the garage. He was a true professional, and even kind to over-eager dog. :) Thank you for all of your help! I'd hire them again without question.

I hired Custom Electric & Communications to replace the original 1980's HVAC wire to thermostats on the 1st and 2nd floors. They replaced the old two wire lines with a newer five wire lines. Now my Thermostats can take advantage of the "C-wire" to power them. Also I am now future proofed if I want to upgrade to Smart Thermostats that need the c-wire or if I ever add cooling. One of the thermostats even illuminates all the time now which is nice. (Update: Both can illuminate blue full time now. It was just a setting in the control panel of the thermostat.)

I also asked them to run a Cat-6 Ethernet cable from my basement patch panel up to the 2nd floor master bedroom. They were able to no problem. I was able to get 1G Down/Up to my ethernet connected AppleTV upstairs once they were done!

Mark and Brian did a fantastic job. Given they needed to run three wires behind the walls I was assuming they'd have to open the drywall somewhere to see what they were doing. They were pros and didn't need to do that. I wouldn't even know they were here. They vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely hire them again for future work. I know they do POE security cameras and that will be my next project with them once I save up a bit.

We have used Custom Electric over a several years on a multitude of projects from big to small at our homes. We have always been impressed with the quality of their work. Very personable and always reasonably priced.

I reached out with an issue involving several electrical outlets in my home and they responded promptly, arriving exactly when they said they would. After a quick inspection, it turned out to be a very minor issue that Gerry fixed in minutes. To my surprise, he didn't even charge me for the visit. Gerry was amazing! This was the second job he’s done for me and both times he explained exactly what he was doing, anything I might need to know about using/maintaining what he was doing (I ask a lot of questions) and he did everything kindly and completely at reasonable prices. I recommend him wholeheartedly anytime anyone I run into mentions needing an electrician! You won’t be disappointed! Love him!!

G Soto Electrical Services came highly recommended and did not disappoint. From the start Gerry displayed a professional nature and understood our needs to replace our exhaust fan in the bathroom, and upgrade our lighting system. His attention to detail also brought an update to our switches and GFCI outlet. He came through with a quick and fair quote for the work. Followed up with scheduling requests and worked closely with us to get the work done in a timely manner. He arrived on time ad kept us apprised of the work as it progressed. He left a clean work area when done and made sure that we understood all of the items that were installed. I know that we'll have him back for additional work that will help us upgrade home.

Gerry just left. He did exactly what I asked him to do and more. Not only that, but he was super flexible and worked around my schedule. I cannot say enough, good things. I highly recommend his services and will be calling him again in the future.
