Poor customer service and Very Reckless Drivers .
Bad representation for so called business.
Zero stars if possible also driver had a Can of beverage not soda looking / when driving and was smoking what appeared to be not cigarettes .
Very irresponsible to put someone like that behind the wheel .
Incident was witnessed on 10/30/2019 on rte 101 amherst - Bedford nh . I never seen anything like it. I will never do any type of business with this company..message was also left with a receptionist who didn’t seem to care what my concerns are .

I had a great experience with Ion Electrical. One of my customers needed the roof fan replaced during our roof installation. I reached out to Edward about fitting us into their busy schedule. Fortunately they were able to fit us in the next day while we were still working on the roof. Ramon and Kenny were very professional and personable. They worked together very well and were respectful to my coworkers and the home owner. In addition to replacing the fan they also added a shut off switch for safety in an area that was easy accessible for the customer. I highly recommend them and will work with them again on future projects.

We installed a SPAN panel and EV charger. Ion was terrific from start to finish. Skilled electricians, a pleasure to work with. Very considerate of our needs -- the project was a complete overhaul of our service, but at the end of each day they made sure we had power to the circuits we needed. A small thing, but they called each morning to give us their expected arrival time, after picking up materials or encountering traffic. Just an example of how customer focused they are.

In the end our 19th century Victorian has a 21st century electrical system.

Ion Electrical responds FAST. They are consistently professional and go beyond what is necessary to get the job done. I've had several service men at my home from Ion Electrical and they are ALL excellent hard-working men. Beth provides excellent customer service. Love Ion Electrical, highly recommend.

Is there a 6th star? The crew at Ion is knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, reasonably priced, and very precise! I have already recommended them to others. I would do that again.

Excellent! Honest, Nice People & Quality Work. We hired Ion for a Tesla charger install. From the time that I called the office and scheduled someone to come out and do an estimate, I liked the business. All information and pricing was clear. The company is very honest (I called another company that did a lot of "upselling" of extras that I did not needs and so produced a very high estimate). Ion does not try to oversell you on electrical add-ons. They tell you what is needed (best practice) and it costs exactly what they say it will on the day that they schedule you for. We are very happy and will call Ion for all future electrical needs. In addition, the guys who came were very nice and honest. I didn't need to leave the house the day that they were here, but I would not have worried if I had to.

I uploaded a picture of our electrical panel. Part of that was pre-existing and part was added by Ion. You can't tell the difference! Everything is neat and lined up. EXCELLENT work.

I can’t speak highly enough about Ion Electrical. We had a situation where our electrical boxes were too small for the exterior lights we purchased and after a nightmare of a time trying to find a local electrician who actually calls back/shows up/is professional, Ion Electrical was a diamond in the rough!

Great company and they far outweigh the competition, because they are great at communicating with their customers. Ion Electrical does a far superior job of ensuring that they’re Customers are well taken care of, and that they leave a quality install. Utterly Great people to complete whatever type of electrical install. You may have whether it be a battery, install or just basic electrical necessities taken care of. Best local business with great rates. We had a couple exhaust fans put in and can lights. They picked up after themselves and did exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

Wonderful service! Andrew with Bluestar does impeccable work. When I moved into my new home it was very dark and outdated with little to no lights in the rooms. Andrew installed recessed lighting in my living room and play room and his work was beautiful. He’s so efficient too and you can beat his prices. I got two other quotes and his was far superior and so was his work!

I’ve since used him twice to fix exterior lights and to brighten up my basement!

We had Bluestar do a bunch of jobs both inside and outside. light fixtures and switches & some outlets inside. outside 2 motion spot lights and exterior GFI outlets. Also we had a semi emergency where we lost some lights in the master bath Andrew came over after 5 pm and got us up and running. Andrew is extremely professional, polite,came when he said he would and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend bluestar electric for any and all your electrical needs

Andrew was great. Needed a generator installed. Came right over and gave me a very good quote. He came that week and installed it no problem. He even fixed a light switch issue I had in my entry way. Will honestly be using him again for any electrical needs.

Andrew was one of the first to respond to an inquiry I posted about needing help with a few ceiling fan installs and replacing some outlets that kept tripping.
