Justin is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. What I thought was just a loose connection to an island light ended up being a junction box on the ceiling, wired to another one…so six wires to figure out. He and his partner figured it all out in a safe, efficient and affordable manner. Highly recommended!

We had Mount Vernon Electric install a new stove outlet as we removed our gas stove. They were right on time, professional and left no cleanup. Will use them again for anything else we would need!

Mont Vernon Electric responded to a panic call on Christmas Day for a power surge. He was quick to stop by and assess an issue with the powerline. He arranged to have the power company stop by, he was present when they fixed the line, and returned first thing the next day to repair some panel damage. Very responsive and professional! Will use again for sure!

Got a quote for work in May with a scheduled date to do the work in late June, when the date arrived was postponed until late July. Night before the July commit was told that he couldn't make it again and would get back to me. After multiple messages went unanswered thru August finally got a message back today (Sept 12th) that he has too much work and isn't taking on new customers. I'm not sure how I was a new customer after waiting since May but if you need work done I'd look elsewhere.

Very happy with Wire Nut! The last rain/snow/wind storm we had brought with it a brown out at our house, which we had never experienced before. A loud crackling sound inside one wall and the smell of burnt plastic had us looking for an electrician. Joe and John were quick, professional, knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions. Very honest about what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. Very reasonable prices too! Would definitely recommend them!

Joe and his crew are top notch. Friendly, efficient, responsive, professional and capable, and very fair-priced. A few years ago, we installed a solar system. Being a very old home, it required extensive work on the old electrical service, and there were several related other improvement projects he completed while he was here. This year we installed a heat pump system which again required additional mods. Joe takes the time to explain everything so you can feel comfortable you're getting the right thing. For jobs large or small, I won't use anyone else.
