I hired Simpson Electric to add a circuit to my electrical panel. Communication was great and he showed up right on time. While there he brought to my attention an issue in my panel that was not compliant with current electrical code and corrected it at a very reasonable cost. Fantastic work ethic, great pricing, trustworthy... I'll be using Simpson Electric for another job at my house later this summer. Highly recommend.

We recently bought and moved into a new home in Manchester. The house was in need of significant electrical upgrades. They came right out, gave us a more than fair estimate. They kept with their estimate even with a few minor additions. Great crew! Professional, great communication, and top quality work!

I had some special electric that needed to be done with a combination of upgrade to service, new meter, and a series of special disconnects. My projects are never easy. Two contractors didn't understand what I wanted or why and couldn't do the job. Then a neighbor referred me to Conor. Conor listened, made suggestions, found the parts, arranged Central Maine Power and performed the task without a single hitch. Getting the massive feeds into the house through the foundation was no easy task, but Conor took it in stride. He is well tooled up, clean, organized, methodical and VERY professional. He gave a fair price for exceptional work with high quality parts and materials. I am a retired general contractor of 40 years and new to the area. Trust me, Crawford Electric will do all of my electrical work moving forward.

Conor kept saying, "By the end of this week," again and again.

It never happened. He never showed up. He never responded. This is no way treat someone.

He wasted weeks of my time while I had trusted recommendations. I hope the man learns the meaning of integrity.

Conor is amazing. I have hired him for a few projects now. He is thorough, on time, pricing is SUPER reasonable and, he won't rip you off with work per hour. He's extremely honest and ACTUALLY does QUALITY work. We need guys like this in business. Especially now in this world.

Had a bad breaker feeding a subpanel and knew enough that I didn't know enough. Called and he came over the same day. Ended up being a simple loose contact. He diagnosed and fixed it within 30 minutes and charged me a very fair rate.

I requested a small but important job, which they were not able to fit into their schedule for several days. On the day they were supposed to show up to do the work, they didn't show up or call to cancel or say they would be late. When I called them, I was told they were working late on another job and they would call me later to reschedule, then they quickly hung up on me. They did not call me back until a few days later, after I had to hire someone else.

Dan was fantastic, answered the phone immediately (it was after 6:00pm), asked if I needed help that night (I said it could wait) and when he came by the next day, he assessed the problem quickly and made the calls to CMP to handle their part of the issue. Will keep his info handy for ANY future electrical issues. Was appreciative of his help and knowledge.

Dan and his associates proved to be consummate professionals working with our other contractor on our home’s electrical upgrade. We’re glad we chose him and recommend CMES unreservedly.

A brutal Nor'easter pulled all the electrical right off my house. I called Dan, and he was out here within an hour or so to check it out and give me an estimate. Knowing how serious it was for us, he went and got parts and came back with his helper the same day and did an excellent job. I will be using him again.
