This place has gone way down hill after being sold. Employees are rude and unwilling to be helpful. Customers are made to feel like inconveniences instead of priorities.

Great service. Came on short notice to ensure that we had hot water.

I was in need of an electrician to inspect a property for a lender in order for a house seller client of mine to close their sale on schedule. Stanley Electric was able to squeeze my client in early the next morning before their first scheduled appointment for the day. Then immediately sent me their findings. Thanks to them, my sellers were able to close on time. They were absolutely fantastic to work with!

I have used Stanley Electric for years, and have always been happy with their work. This year I learned of the ownership change, but hardly noticed a difference. It took a little bit of time (1.5 weeks or so) to get scheduled, but once scheduled, the electrician arrived on time and was quickly able to solve my issue: a nest thermostat that needed a C-wire. Upon calling to check on billing, the new owner, Jason, answered the phone and was very interested in how my experience had been. I'm happy to think that Jason will carry on Steve's legacy at Stanley Electric!

My experience with Stanley was excellent. I had a time sensitive electric problem regarding a short term rental and was actually pleasantly surprised that they were able to be at house less than an hour after I called, and truly saved the day!

Excellent Service! Very helpful in explaining the problems we were having and how to manage the issues as well to prevent further problems. They go out of their way to provide the fastest service possible.

Extraordinary responsive service. Had an outlet problem that I was concerned could be a fire hazard. Within 2 hrs of calling a very professional electrician was here taking care of the problem. Along with being very pleasant he went above and beyond explaining what had happened and what he did to fix it. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My heat pump would not turn on and, on the recommendation of my plumber, I called Stanley Electric last Friday. Jason was very helpful and went out of his way to help me check the simple things that might be wrong but nothing worked. He then scheduled his technician (Asher--my apologies if I am misspelling his name) to come out the next work day (Monday) and kept me informed about when he might be available. The technician came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem within three minutes (some workmen had turned the condenser off outside using the switch there), checked the heat pump to make sure it was working. I was very pleased by the quick and efficient service and the fact that the company cared enough to make sure I got speedy service, given that I am getting the house ready to put on the market.

I'd like to follow up on the post above. I decided to have the heat pumps cleaned and serviced (I have three). Tory was able to find a time within a week when Asher could come out. He arrived on time, worked diligently to clean and wash the filters, and even came back the next morning without charge to turn all the heat pumps on (they need 6 hours or overnight to dry out). And best of all, I was charged less than the stated amount because the heat pumps were fairly clean and required less time to service and clean. Rare to find a company that will actually lower its price. I am deeply grateful to them and recommend them highly.

Pat installed a new Generac on demand generator for us and continued to work with us and our other contractors during our switch to propane equipment and new A/C install. He took the time to review our situation and clearly explain our options to us at each step. He gave us great advice throughout the whole project, especially with making sure the electric panel and wiring could handle each piece of equipment properly. This was not an easy feat since we are in a mobile home! His work is high quality and carefully finished to perfection.
