Entered store about 4:45 pm to purchase a switch for a door. Switch is over 40 years old! Took them a few minutes and a little effort to find one. I said “you must close at 5:00.” Counter person said “We closed at 4:00!” Nice people. Give them a try.

Terrible experience. They installed my Mitsubishi heat pump which broke down during the 3rd winter after install then never responded to my many attempts to reach including emails and letter. Even refused to accept the certified letter I sent them. I have contacted the Maine Attorney Generals office for mediation services as there are consumer protection laws in Maine that require appliances that break down within 4 years be repaired at no expense to owner. Ps- made numerous calls to Mitzubishi where customer service is terrible as well.

Hired this company to wire my new home. Everything about my experience was extraordinary. Customer service was supreme and I was more than satisfied. I will definitely be hiring this company for any sort of electrical job I have in the future.

We had a misunderstanding on a couple things and rather than just make a phone call the owner stopped in to explain everything to me. The quality of work is exceptional.

Lifesavers. They came out on an emergency after hours, fixed things up quick so we had them out later to replace our breaker panel. They were friendly, smart and know their stuff. They are the only folks well use.

I Contacted Quality Electric via email, got a quick reply that Mike would get the request and get in touch with me. I haven’t heard a word from him. Not a good way to run a business. Communication is important.

Recently had an issue with my electric supply which had one leg of the 240 volt supply cutting in and out every few hours. Switching out individual breakers was no help so on a recommendation I called Quality Electric of Skowhegan. It was a holiday weekend but first thing on the next work day these guys called back and came out within the hour. They are polite, explained what they would do and fix the problem (a Maine 200amp breaker had burnt out) There prompt work saved a possible fire which would have required a way more expensive fix. I am now getting them to quote switching out the main load center to accommodate 12 more circuits
