Aaron was very responsive and did great work at a fair price changing out a few outlets and troubleshooting an electrical problem.

Had an emergency come up at my house involving my electricity asked him to give me a bid and couldn't even do so never even bother to call me back

I had an electrician that I used to use, but he retired and moved to Florida.

I called this company, and since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment to look at the job. The gentleman who showed up was prompt, courteous, and professional. We scheduled the job for the following week.

To run the service to my shed, he had to run 90 feet of conduit, penetrate the house, hang the panel, and do all of the accessory work. From the time Frank showed up to when he left was just under 6 hours.

He was happy to explain what he was doing, and what I would need.

Absolutely would recommend highly.

Peter was quick to respond. He was thorough of his inspection of my system. He outline his work and the time schedule. He kept to his schedule and was always on time as promised, and his crew left the area clean and well organized. I was very impressed with their thoroughness.

Peter performed an exceptional and highly professional upgrade of our electrical system, which included replacing the breaker panel and the outdoor meter. When we faced a family emergency that required us to set up an oxygen supply for a loved one, Peter promptly adjusted his schedule to assist us during this critical time. He worked late into the night to ensure the job was finished, allowing us to bring our family member home. Peter helped me when! my microwave blew out 4 separate outlets inu kitchen. He answered my Google post right away. He put 5 new outlets in and fixed my cable box wire which wasn't working (probably blown out by theo cable box, too! ) Peter is a very personable man and excellent electrician. I highly recommend him.

I had a generator transfer switch installed and had a great experience. From the start, Bill worked with me through several rounds of planning, offering expert guidance and helping me land on an option that fit my needs and saved me money. He was patient, thoughtful, and always willing to work within my constraints.

Love Braggs, hard to get ahold of anyone now a days,we work a hour and a hlaf away and not being able to check availability of tools on the phone had made it so we have to shop big box stores.

Service is still pretty good, but it seemed like it was better when it was still N.H. Bragg. It also seems like Braggs had more of a selection of items on hand.

Fine customer service via phone but poor customer service in person. Numerous items in store have missing/mislabeled price tags. I take my business to Paris Farmers Union in Newport now.

Ordered some sawmill blades from this place, they said "Oh they will be done tonight or early tomorrow morning" I thought that was great because I really needed them to finish up the order I had to get out on a Wendsday. Waited 2 days after I ordered them and They never called to tell me they were done so I called them to see what was up. They couldn't even find the order to start with then once they found it they said "Oh ya no that wont be done any time soon, a bigger order came in and we put yours on the back burner" so long story short this place is all about the money and not doing what they say. Can't be trusted.I do quite a lot of business with this place but I'll be going else where from now on. Sense I can't comment back on the owners post, thats not what your employe told me? Funny how things change online. Because they clearly told me my order was "put on the back burner" because of a bigger order.

Do not take anything here for repair. Despite being an authorized service center and the tool I brought in being under warranty, they said they would charge $75 if they took the tool apart and nothing was wrong with it. Also claimed that they cannot repair any tools that were bought online. I called the manufacturer and they said both of these are incorrect, and that this business is not following the guidelines of an authorized service center. I was able to get the tool repaired for free by mailing it in. The manufacturer covered shipping to make up for the poor experience at one of their authorized repair centers. With this level of either dishonesty or incompetence (not sure which) in dealing with repairs, I would highly recommend avoiding any business here at all.

NH Bragg recently helped me with a question on the phone about a compressor I'd purchased. They didn't have to help me. I hadn't bought it there and didn't need it repaired. They were very patient and helpful and generous with there time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable assistance with tools. Thanks again!
