Did a great job and was very prompt

He doesn't show up when he or his workers say they will. Never return the calls or texts. Gave his worker over $30 in parts I asked to have them back never gave them back. Long story short I will not recommend this company

Justin Electric was attentive to our needs and took the time to explain options well. The work that was subsequently done was of high quality. I was very pleased.

Our electrician Will was awesome! Did everything on a timely basis, was very helpful and answered all our questions. Received the bill and it was dang close to a rough estimate. Very happy.

Derek came early to repair our crazy fire alarm system. We tried everything but couldn’t fix it ourselves. This company has a high caliber of honesty, integrity, conscientiousness, promptness and fair prices. I can’t imagine using any other company in Maine. You can trust these guys! Justin Electric provided excellent service in the updating and rewiring of my antebellum post & beam farmhouse in Belmont, ME. So impressed was I with their work, that, when I subsequently purchased a fine 1950's ranch house, that was in need of new service and updated wiring, I called Justin Electric! Justin and Tim journeyed to SC, and did fine work "replacing the stack," updating the service panel, and rewiring the new LR/DR/Kitchen. Thank you!

I recently hired them for a ceiling fan install. In the past they installed baseboard heating. They were very efficient and professional. They went above and beyond with the ceiling install. I followed their recommendation on placement and use of a switch vs relying solely on the remote. I couldn't be more impressed with their work. I highly recommend.

Never followed up and then wouldn’t come in a reasonable amount of time. Appointment was 9/21 and because I didn’t come to the door in time(I’m on crutches) they left after 5 minutes. I am running a farm and trying to organize multiple contractors to work in my home. It’s December now and when I texted them they told me they could come out till January. Apparently not calling the customer is reasonable so make sure you wait at your door so they don’t just leave and go to the next job..

This was my second time using JNM & they did fantastic job (both times). They were on time, completed the job quickly and I am pleased as punch. Professional & on budget along with cleanup. Excellent service & experience. Thank you Corey!

Cory was great - he worked with my schedule, was thorough & responsive. As may be common in rural Maine, my building had some surprises in store and he handled the unforeseen circumstances professionally, quickly and to completion. He was communicative, fair and flexible and I am very happy. I'll hire him again for the next project.

We wanted to replace our old fluorescent lighting with new recessed lighting in our kitchen (which also has heat in the ceilings). After getting a few estimates we decided to hire JNM. Justin and Corey were perfect for the job! The new lights look great and we couldn't be happier! We'll be saving their card for future jobs. We highly recommend!

Needed a garage panel installed. Corey was up front with availability, set a date a month out, showed up right on time. Quoted the job, stuck to the quote, explained the process of getting power to a new structure, super helpful. Corey and Justin are great!

In Feb 2023, I got a quote for 2 projects. They did one in Feb and arranged to do the other in spring time when the snow was gone. All I had to do was contact them. I did on April 11, 13, 14-2023. I heard NOTHING back from them. If they didn't want to do the project than why did they give me a quote and said they would do it? They could of at least returned my call and declined the job. That would of been the right thing to do. BUT, as with most contractors, they don't have any customer service. Its funny, I even talked with the guy who did my project in Feb and told him about another electrician who ditched out of another project. And he said that was bad and we don't do that. YEAH, RIGHT. This company IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!
