I recently hired Kevin for some electrical work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently and safely, and they left the area clean afterward. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises.

If I could give more stars I would. Professional, friendly and get the job done as quickly and efficiently as they can. Highly recommend. Will be using them again!

Unfortunately I can not comment on their actual work. However how employees treat people (customers or not) speaks volumes about the company.
One of their drivers was annoyed at the fact he had to sit in traffic an extra few seconds while my daughter and I crossed in front of the work van he was driving. Not only was he annoyed he also yelled at us to use a cross walk. I responded this is a crosswalk and he argued it was not. According to google maps, the city manager, and the summertime reminders the city puts out reminding people on main street to slow down for pedestrians we were indeed crossing at a crosswalk!!
When I called the office to voice my complaint the male I spoke to didn't take my complaint seriously. He did hear me out and eventually agreed that his workers shouldnt be telling people what to do which wasn't really my issue. My issue was one of his workers felt the need to tell at me while I had my child with me when we did nothing wrong!
Sorry buddy you were wrong I was right (confirmed with City Hall this IS a crosswalk) and based on how the van driver and the office handled the complaint I will never use this compant. Stick to electric issues not pedestrian policing.

In February our service was ripped off our our house, in the early evening. Called Underwood and Mike came and worked with the power company to ensure we had power that evening. Came back the next day to sure things up and get us thru the remainder of the winter! Bob came back a few weeks ago and got us up to code - we are now looking good and plenty safe!

I’m leaving one star for the excellent work that was done by someone with this company previously to help us with an electrical problem with our stove. Other than that, however, this company has been completely unprofessional in handling an important electrical upgrade my family needed that was scheduled to be at the end of this month. No communication for the month, the voice mailbox of the owner is always full, and then when they said they’d be out this past week to get a start on prep they never showed up or communicated anything with us at all. We’re all trying to plan around this so we can install a heat pump, and now everything is a complete mess because they couldn’t be bothered to call or email. I understand contractor delays, but not communicating through this all is not professional at all.

I feel safer now for sure , I hadn't eaten in two days and one of the guys gave me his sandwich , that was over the top! thank you so much

We have worked with Brent and his family business during general electrical work and also the installation of a Generac Generator. They are attentive, maintain great communication throughout, and have had excellent follow-up. We have been pleased with the generator as well, Brent and his team are up to date on all the recent technology with Generac and took time to educate us about the system, maintenance, etc. Definitely my first call for anything electric in nature!

Signed a generator maintenance contract with them earlier this year. No service provided, called multiple time and left messages but absolutely no response to calls or texts. Unresponsive, unprofessional

We just had new electrical service put in. This company provided outstanding service! They delivered immaculate workmanship and an extremely knowledgeable staff. This company comes highly recommended. It is clear that they take pride in their work and the product they provide their customers. Honest and hard working. So happy with everything! Called and left a message about wiring a garage and installing a generator, owner calls back and said he will come over on Monday to talk to us. Monday morning he tells us he too busy and will be in touch by the end of the week to set a date. CRICKETS, week and a half later still waiting. If this is their outstanding customer service, we do not want any of it.
Very inconsiderate and just not professional and not acceptable.

Called to get annual service performed on my generator. Very friendly and helpful. Said they could do this within the next two weeks, which was completely understandable. Came home from work the next day to see a note hanging from my door that the service was completed. Great service and at the price they quoted. Highly recommend B. Washburn Electric.

B. Washburn Electric, Inc. has been our go-to electrician service for the last 3 years. We reached out to them to install a Generac generator. They were communicative on ordering the generator and how long it would take to receive and install the generator (especially considering it was wintertime!). They have maintained our generator, came out a few days after we noticed our generator had a disconnect somewhere, installed a thermostat, and have been there to add an outlet in our basement. We've had positive experiences with Brent, Ben, David, and others on the team. Each time, we have been home when they have maintained the generator or when we had an issue, but when I walk out, they will show us any issues or things we can keep an eye on. We have always been flexible with their schedule as we understand they work on many big and small projects. We haven't had an emergency, but we do feel they would reach out to us with information or give us other options, if needed. Thank you!

Yesterday, my Generac generator quit working after the extreme cold weather. I called B Washburn this morning before they opened and the owner answered the phone! He was kind and helpful. A few hours later his son Gabe arrived and repaired my generator. He was a wonderful and knowledgable service technician! He also gave me some helpful tips to keep my generator in tip top condition. I highly recommend B Washburn Electric for your generator needs. I am so happy and relieved at the same time.
