Best electrician we have ever hired! Very professional, love our 2 new ceiling fans,and our light switches that never worked,are working awesome now.

I hired Ralston Electric to upgrade the panel in my shed. Spike was friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. The new panel is way more functional and safer, plus it looks great!
I won't hesitate to call them for any future needs. 😀

Andrew was top notch in everything we had to do with our house addition and remodel. He was able to take special requests and fix issues that we didn't even know were issues. We contacted Spike of Ralston Electric, my call was answered right away. He came to our residence and diagnosed the problem.

We were informed of what measures were needed to make the repair.

Spike made the repair, asked if we had further questions. He even contacted us a day later to make sure things were working correctly.

The electrician that did our air conditioner outdoor wiring was absolutely professional and kind. He answered any questions I had to the fullest and made the uncomfortable feeling of a stranger in my home feel comfortable. We had the same electrician put in new outlets before we had the outdoor wiring done, and I was so pleased with the amazing customer service he gave the first time as well ! Great quality work - on time - and very reasonable pricing. We have been using Witzke Electric for years and years and we recently had the need for their services again. We worked with a fantastic employee named Isiah. Isiah arrived on time, introduced himself, went over the work to be done and then got right to working. He installed five different fixtures for us and when he was done, I had a few adjustments which he made right away. Then, after checking with me to be sure I was happy, he vacuumed up and off he went. He does his company proud !! If you haven’t ever tried working with Witzke - give them a try. You will be happy you did.

Ian came over after normal business hours and diagnosed that the problem was with WPS from the pole to the meter. He was informative and supportive until WPS arrived and he made the hand off seamlessly. Ian is a testament to great service and relatable employee. Give that man a raise!

Just wanted to tell you what a great job Isaiah did rewiring my railroad signal what a courteous employee he is, an absolute pleasure to have had him here! Signal is working great again and looked very cool with the dense fog we had a few days ago!

Bud came out and quoted a partial knob and tube replacement. The final cost came out close to the initial estimate despite some on-the-fly changes to work. The team was professional, left the place clean, and is responsive and on-time.

I had quotes from multiple vendors and Witzke was right in line.

Witzke replaced the outlets and switches in rooms that I had just had professionally painted. Whatever method or tools they used left circular cuts below each outlet causing a circle of paint to be cut off of the new paint job. I had to pay the painter to come back and do touch-ups and it still didn't look the same because the holes were cut deeper than just one layer of paint. They also left black handprints all over the ceiling and walls where they installed recessed lighting. Again, we had to repaint because we couldn't get the black grease off. Lots of follow-up expenses after working with Witzke.

Dave is such a GREAT electrician. Every time he is out he does a fantastic job! Very friendly, personable and professional. He has given us great advice for my Christmas stair garland. I used to run an extension cord and safety pin it under the step to the carpet to reach the second stairwell. He was very nervous because of a potential fire hazard. He put in a switch that would control both levels. Brilliant!!! Please share this with him. Thank you so much, Wendy Kierstead (the dimmer guru). He’ll know what I’m talking about! 👍👏

I needed a new circuit added, some outlets moved (and added), and switches relocated from a remodel where I was changing a staircase and removing a couple walls.

Wayne from Cleveland Electric came out and did an incredible job working on my property. He made sure I understood everything needed on the project and that what I wanted would be accomplished, he kept me updated along the way with what next steps were as curveballs from mixed old wiring hit, and he was able to identify and address issues quickly and professionally. The work was clean and efficient, and he got done with everything in a very reasonable amount of time despite the project having multiple issues (like discovering a buried box that needed to be bypassed). Once the work was completed the inspector came through and approved it with praise.

I will definitely be calling Cleveland Electric if I need any more work done on my property and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get work done.

We had an electrician to our home prior to hiring Wayne. They said we had complex wiring issues and after four hours they just made things worse not better. Wayne came in and it the same amount of time he fixed, replaced or diagnosed the issue with plans to install new fixtures the next week! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend Wayne if you have any electrical issues or need fixtures installed in your home! He was awesome!!!
