I have used Gray Electric for a some projects around the house over the past 7 years. A few of them include; trenching power out to a garage in the back of the house and installing a circuit breaker box and outlets in the garage as well, installing 18 new light fixtures in the house soffit around the house and general rewiring within the home. Reliable, skilled, professional and very friendly. They also do a great job cleaning up! I highly recommend them.

Excellent friendly informative service! Gray Electric installed structure/breaker at my tree farm for power to the sheds and RV camper. Structure was beautiful quality and they hooked up the sheds thoughtfully and with no mess. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew!

I have used Gray electric for around twenty years. They are the best. Why, because they do great work no problems. Their prices are fair. No overcharging. Staff is friendly. If you need electric work call Gray Electric you will not be sorry.

I hired Gray Electric for a subpanel + EV charger install. The estimate was smooth. The electricians who performed the job, Chris and Mitchell, did an excellent job (beautiful install) and went above and beyond in several areas. I found the pricing very fair.

My single complaint is that several weeks passed without very much communication after the estimate, so it was really unclear when the job would be scheduled or if Gray Electric was going to take the job at all. I reached out several times to get a ballpark understanding about when we could schedule the job because I needed to be onsite and never received a response. I understand that scheduling is probably very challenging in an area like this with so much demand and so little supply, but even a simple non-committal response like "Hey, still working on scheduling your job" would have been appreciated / given me confidence that my job was in the queue. It all worked out in the end but yeah that communication is one thing that could definitely be improved.

Their staff are one of the most prompt, curtious, give helpful tips and excellant clean up after the job is complete! They installed and maintained my generater along with other issues I had after a lightning strike. "Props to Louie". Very good contractor!

Mr. Jahnke totally ghosted me. I called and left messages and he never responded. Finally I called him several times in the same day, he called back and responded rudely for no apparent reason. With this kind of temperament I would not recommend him for any work.

Got a quote in September 2019....It is now mid July 2020 and we are still waiting to get on their schedule poor response time and plenty of excuses /delays.
I would not recommend this business.

Frank is a great electrician. He has done several projects for us at our home, always great work, very timely and friendly too!

Frank was very professional, arrived on time, and was able to resolve our electrical issue quickly. Made recommendations regarding future electrical installations too. Very personable as well.

So, just had services done by Steve. Great guy and easy to work with. Kept it simple and explained why I had outlets go out. Switched a few fuses and it was done. Nobody in the area of Manitowoc answered my phone until I called Denor Electric. Thank you Steve for helping my dad out.
