We called on Dennis Electric when the original local contractor gave us one price then a week before starting doubled his price (Oh, I don't think so!) Dennis Electric stepped up to do our new home construction. I am so thankful they did because they were absolutely fantastic! Brent and Ethan were the ones designated to our home and they were very professional... Always asking questions and double checking on what we wanted and also explaining what they have to do for code compliance. Great communication and they were great to explain things when I would ask questions. This company went above and beyond to make the extras we needed happen and also saved my next door neighbor. Luckily Brent and Ethan were working on our house the day our neighbors called us in a panic because their electrical box was done by a local electrician short of a year ago and all of a sudden there was sparking and a wire was burning up. The electrician that did it never put an insulator on the hot wire going into the panel. Very impressed that Brent and Ethan quickly raced over and helped my neighbors. Another instance, my husband and I had a problem with the outlet that is for the microwave inside a cabinet. It was a couple inches below the microwave cabinet (it was our fault because we ended up raising our cabinets a few inches higher when installing them for personal preference and unfortunately did not think about the cabinet for the microwave). Called for Brent and he came out the next day because he knew our occupancy inspection is in a couple days. If it wasn't for the inspection I know Brent still would have fit us into his schedule to come out to help us shortly after letting him know about our issue. We passed 1st inspection (rough inspection) with no problem and I am positive occupancy inspection will pass with no problem also. I highly recommend Dennis Electric.

Not happy with the lack of service, took an employee 4 months to run wires with drywall absent in a 900 square foot apartment, employee spent most of his time at my home sleeping in his van with his feet up, had to do all tasks requested to be done in the upper apartment on my own. I cannot recommend this business because of this experience.

To make a long story short. He was hired to hook up the well pump, hot water heater and water softener. He was paid in full, promptly, as soon as the bill came,
The only, to find out that the well pump was never hooked up to the electrical box. He never called me back, even stopped at his business and talked to his dad. I called him and he told me, he would put me on the "schedule'. I am darn near 65 years old, and have been battling with him to get some money back. His texts on left, mine on right. Really professional.

I contacted Dennis Electric when I could not find the cause of a circuit breaker trip. Brent, their residential technician, came over and did a fantastic job of locating the cause. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of tracking down the culprit: An outside GFCI outlet. In the process, he did a thorough check of the entire circuit to assure me everything else was okay. I have placed them on my electrician needed Contact List for the future.

I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for an electrician. They responded timely when inquiring the first time I used them to change out some outlets. The price was fair and they were honest and professional. The 2nd time I used them, the response was quick and they got me a new outlet installed the next day for a microwave to be installed.
Here is where I wish I could give them a higher score than 5 because they were a lifesaver. Silica delivered a stove that they failed to tell me came with a 4 prong plug and not a three prong plug. Here I sat with a stove I could not use. Hendricks came out a few hours later provided me the price and action plan and within 24 hours they changed out my 3 prong outlet for a 4 prong outlet. My family was able to use the stove and Hendricks took a stressful situation and brought balance back to our life. :)
I can only say I have found my forever electrician and I am very grateful to them for their honesty, professionalism and timeliness.
