Had these guys do work for us in the past with no issues. Called them in middle July for a simple job. Was told they were 6 weeks out and would put us on schedule. 6 weeks later a guy shows up and looks at our panel and then leaves. We thought he went to get supplies but they never showed back up or called us. So after a few weeks of not hearing anything I figured I'd get another company to do the job. Almost 5 months later they randomly show up to do the job with out a phone call or talking to me or my girlfriend and when I told the guy that its been like 6 months since we called them he half way got a attitude with me. So I told them I have some body else lined up for it. I choose to not deal with companies that lack professional ism

Patrick (field rep) explained everything very well prior to starting the job. He went out of his way to call a distributor for pricing on something I originally wasn't planning on doing. Goody's installed lighting in my kitchen and dining room as well as a ceiling fan in my living area. Ryan and his office manager were both very professional and friendly. They communicated with me throughout the process and did a great job! Ryan went out of his way to offer to pick up a part that was needed as the fan that I had bought was defective and he had to come back a second time to fix it. I now have an electrician to call for all my projects!

I am very happy with the service I received. I believe it's too common for businesses to put their needs before the needs of their customer. However, with Goody's, they were 100% with me and explained to me why what I thought I wanted was not cost effective and they suggested a better way to accomplish the same thing without killing my wallet. I feel lucky that they didn't take advantage of my ignorance like some other businesses have done to me. Nothing feels worse than feeling like I've been scammed by a contractor or they cut corners. I can't say enough about the integrity and experience of the company. I'm usually a bargain hunter, but the next time I need work done, I don't even think I'd bother getting three quotes like I usually do because I have complete faith that Goody's puts their client's needs first.

I had a large basement project completed and still needed an electrician. I filled out the request form for service at Goody’s, less then a week later Ryan came out to look at the job and gave me an estimate. A week after that he completed the job. I am very satisfied with Ryan and Goody’s electric for their professionalism and timely service! Highly recommend.

Exceptionally pleased from start to finish. Immediately after I filled out the online form describing the projects, I was contacted by Darrel to set up a time for Ryan to come and take a look. Ryan took pictures of each project, asked all the pertinent questions, and offered great suggestions. Within 2 days I had an online estimate and a chance to approve or make changes. Once I approved that and made the deposit, the work was scheduled to be done. Here I am, one week later, all the work complete.The best word I can think of for the whole process was seamless. Goodys will be my go-to for future projects.

Fantastic quality service from Aaron and Mitch! I have used Braun Electric since moving to town 5 months ago and I can say we have been very pleased by their service and communication with us on their work.

Miles and Josh are always very quick to answer when we need them for a project. They always answer with a a friendly voice and a upbeat attitude, They are quick to get us our estimates and get the work done in an even quicker manner. I would recommend them to anyone in town needing anything electrical done :)
