These guys are down to earth, courteous and very professional. The down side is that we are new to Minot and have other electrical jobs for them to do but when we can via phone , it goes to vioce message or try sending text or e-mail messages no one returns our calls.

I deal a lot with Electric Service through my work, and from the moment of calling them, to when the tech comes out, they are always so pleasant to work with. They are professional, nice, and come out in a timely manner. You don't get this everywhere, so I am always very pleased!

Doug and his team have been wonderful! I have worked with them a couple times and they showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. Exactly what I asked for. No extra charges or gimmics. They are super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I will continue using Three D Electric. Awesome work!

Completely unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment he was very friendly on the phone and we agreed on a date and time for him to come over to give an estimate. On the day he was supposed to come over, he did not show up. There were no phone calls or text messages explaining his absence and we never heard from him again. Utter trash and would not recommend. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Have used T & M Electric for various jobs. They are quick to answer your phone call & get the job done. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is very reasonable as well!

Rude and temperamental. Owner hung up on me over a simple quote while we were selling a house.

Called them for a lighting project and they were very rude and didn't want to even listen about the project and hung up on me, unfortunately.

Since my last review was deleted I will keep this short. The owner is horrible to work for just ask why there is no more paid holidays.

I called this company on Tuesday. The individual texted me if we could set up an appointment for Friday mid-morning. Thursday night, he asked if he could reschedule for Saturday, which I agreed to. Come Saturday, no electrician. I tried calling him and texting, with no response. Very rude to set up a time and then ghost a potential customer.
