Worse experience with a solar panel company!! From the day of installed meant! Company didn’t notified they made a hole on my roof; found out days later when we had heavy rain and damage my dinning room roof to find the issue, the the repairs where done as they hire someone from the street and used leftover scraps to repair the roof, when called the company they stated they called that a repair then when ask to be properly fix asked if it ain’t below a panel they aren’t responsible, Company failed to notify about the separate breaker to not be touch and if touched to ensure it was on to ensure panels were functioning properly.l according by the company owner statement “A full service solar company, our team takes care of each step of your solar panel project from design to installation and everything in-between. We understand solar can seem overwhelming, thats why our staff of friendly solar educators are here to fully explain everything to you.” Doesn’t seem they hold the owners word truely, then you have customer service manager ALEX!! Who states there’s no manual nor should the customer be told about the solar breaker it is not the company’s responsibility to make you aware of the equipment they installed on proper!!

Great experience with Evergreen Solar throughout entire project. Project included new roof & solar. The team took care of everything, worked fast to stay within timelines and share all info along the way so we knew all parts of the process.

His crew were professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. They provided clear explanations of the benefits, incentives, and financing options, and the installation was done seamlessly with great attention to detail. Jared over at Evergreen set us up with our new roof/solar install and we couldn’t be happier. Aside from the amazing final product, the process was surprisingly easy. I can’t imagine the process going any smoother, the roof and solar install took a total of two days and both crews were very professional and respectful of my property. I was also happy to find Jared available and ready to help as any questions popped up during the process. The team at Evergreen Solar were always informative and helpful, and excelled at letting us know what to expect throughout the whole process of evaluations, engineering, installation, and inspections for our solar system. Great solar team to work with (even when the power company was dragging it's feet). Sales representative Isaiah was communicative throughout the whole process to share info and updates from project management and power company. Install team was professional and did a great job. They checked with me around aesthetic questions for running channels and the town inspector was impressed with the neatness of their work and documentation. Great financing options. Happy to be entering energy independence with Evergreen!

Excellent service. We also had a new roof installed. What amazed me the most was how quickly they responded to any questions we had . Most companies these days take 2 to 3 days to answer. This company answered my questions the same day. The roofers and solar installers did a great job.. They cleaned up after their work. You would have never known they were there it was so clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great Company hands down! Prior to going with this company I also did a lot of research and sat down with 2 other companies, before choosing Evergreen Solar. My sales person Isaiah Hernandez was top notch. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. My Fiancé and I had multiple questions and he had a prompt answer to all of them. Seamless install from the beginning to the end. Had my solar installed 2 months ago and still to this day if I have and concerns or questions Isaiah Hernandez (sales person) personal phone number he answers for me in minutes. Great Company A+++

Evergreen demonstrated excellence in every phase of the installation process. They were clear in their explanation, trustworthy and reliable and completely dependable. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone at Evergreen from sales to installers to administration were personable, professional and accessible. The process, though complicated with many steps, was made very clear. There was a major problem when the financial company went bankrupt. Sean and his team never dropped the ball securing another bank for me at the same rates.This put my project behind by 2 months but I was compensated for the delay. Finally I am up and running and I love seeing my solar outperform my usage on a handy app!

I would give 10 stars to these folks if I could! Don't be intimidated by solar -- Evergreen can make it surprisingly easy. In two projects for homes in MA and RI, Evergreen walked patiently with us through the assessment-design phase, buy-lease options, roofing work (through their own subsidiary), and installation. Point-person Sean Riley was super-clear/helpful with our questions and updates -- PERFECT, friendly, straightforward support! Onsite work went very smoothly with no slips and high quality execution. Honestly, their customer service and execution would stand out in any industry. We are very grateful -- and excited about having carbon-free solar power working for us on our roofs every day!

Evergreen Solar did a great job with my roof replacement and solar-installation. I feel I should clarify that Evergreen Solar itself does none of the installing or construction. My roof was done by Global and my solar was installed by Skyline. I would recommend both of those companies as well. I am not sure why I was told Evergreen did everything in-house at a sales meeting, but regardless, my project manager(s) were responsive and helpful and the price was just right. I am not sure I am ever actually going to see any financial benefit from this install, but it is going well so far.

Evergreen and there installation partner Skyline Solar were both excellent companies to work with. There representatives were always professional and responsive to inquiries made during the course of the project. I highly recommend them if you are considering a solar installation project.

I decided to go solar and replace my old roof. I looked online and immediately noticed Evergreen Solar! Great and easy friendly website. All my initial questions were answered, so I moved to the next step which was to schedule an in-person appointment with a rep. I met Adam, who was great at explaining the cost and design of my solar project. After saying yes to solar, everything began to happen, and the best part, the team was right there with me every step of the way! I am still in shock that I’m generating energy with a brand new roof! All staff members from sales to installers are super friendly, responsive, and great customer service! If your thinking about going solar, I highly consider you contact Evergreen Solar!!! The experience with Evergreen was very good. The sales person Kyle was awesome. Always there to answer my questions and anytime we did encounter a wrinkle. He would step in to make sure that it moved along the SOLAR service. People were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Very easy process from start to finish. We were even able to go through Evergreen to have roof replaced at a discounted rate! Communication was excellent any questions we had were met with a detailed answer right away.

I have been very pleased with Evergreen Solar every step of the way. Julio Alves was my salesperson. He was patient and thorough and answered all my questions. All the steps have been clearly communicated and the timeline has been accurate. I’m in the home stretch now, just waiting for permission to operate. Highly recommend Evergreen and Julio.
Update: My system is fully operational now and I wanted to reiterate how happy I am with Evergreen. As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know, so I had several questions. Josh, my project manager, has been extremely responsive throughout and has walked me through the dashboard. Now, if only the rain will stop…
