I was looking to get additional panels to accommodate charging for my electric vehicle. I previously had SIG install panels, installed about 3 years ago and have been satisfied with the performance of my existing system. I reached out to my rep that I used with my original system but found out he was no longer with the company. He referred me to Josh Clark to help me start the process of getting additional panels. After contacting Josh, he was super welcoming and attentive with our needs and requests. We eventually had a sit down and went over different plans for a new system. Josh was super friendly and personable which made the whole process super easy and convenient for us. I even brought up some minor issues with the last install, which he made sure he noted for the crew to fix on the day of install. Josh was very good at communicating and keeping us up to date as things developed throughout the process. We are very happy with our system and recommend working with Josh if you get the opportunity. From the initial quote through installation and post-installation questions, SIG was very easy to work with. Their customer service was excellent, and if an email was missed or not immediately responded to, they were quick to follow up on a second request. Overall, if I were to do another solar installation, I would definitely choose them again.

Deanna Greener got our ground mount system installed on our hillside but not before getting our dead trees taken out of the area, adding two mini splits to our home for energy savings plan, and lastly a Franklin battery system. SIG team as a whole has the best customer service available and Deanna is always just a phone call away to answer questions. Highly recommend this company!

Ben Eagleton took the extra time to really walk myself & wife through the process of getting solar and a backup battery. He made the process seamless for us and was always on hand to answer any questions. SIG was very easy to work with in the planing phase, they took care of everything dealing with the city and the permitting process. When install time came, they were quick and professional. The system looks great and works flawlessly. The only issues we had during the whole process was with PG&E, but that was out of their control and SIG helped us deal with it. I would highly recommend this company.

I found out about SIG when I used a neighborhood forum to see who people recommended. The most important thing to us was that they were local and handled everything in house. We met with Josh Clark and he was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything to our satisfaction. He made himself always available for our numerous questions and concerns.
We were told it could be up to 3 months for everything to be up and running and it went so smoothly that we were on Solar in a little over a month. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I had the pleasure of working with Rylan and SIG solar. The transition to solar was smooth and seemless. Shortly after the installation, I found out that there was an issue with PG&E transferring over my home to solar, however Rylan and SIG assured that it would be promptly resolved and it has been a wonderful interaction with them. Rylan did a wonderful job of helping us figure out what our needs were. He also was a great help for us in deciding what was the best and most cost effective option was for our solar installation. Aron, Paul and their construction crews completed the ground mount structure, solar panels and Tesla Powerwall 3 installations in a very professional and clean manner. The office staff kept me informed in a timely manner of when the crews would be working on our project. Rylan was also always able to answer my questions during and after the completion of the project. The SIG company this wonderful installation at the end of the 2025 year when everyone wanted solar systems installed because of tax credit going away. I'm so happy we decided to have them install our solar system.

Deanna at SIG did a great job explaining and talking thru the process. The install team fast,professional, and efficient. As a former electrician, I was impressed at their workmanship. We just had a SIG technician named Brian, cool mustache, come out and do a repair for us with our solar on our house in Riverbank. He was amazing! He was super professional and even went above and beyond. We had a wire get fried and he hoped to not need a whole box replacement but he said after working on it, he didn’t feel comfortable leaving it as is and was going to replace it. He found the replacement and installed it and then said he would contact MID for us to let them know he was finished. So great. Thanks for having such great techs! 👍🏽
