This solar panel cleaning service was excellent. Nick arrived on time, provided before and after pictures of the panels after the service was completed, pointed out any few bad spots on the panels. The entire process of cleaning 2 sets of panels was less than 1 1/2 hours. He also provided a $20 coupon for a next visit. Based on the state of my panels, which had not been cleaned since we moved in over 3 years ago, he recommended cleanings once a year.

I highly recommend Nick at East Bay solar cleaning. He cleaned my solar panels with deionized water, cleaned roof moss and also installed high quality metal mesh to keep out critters such as pigeons and squirrels. His rates are reasonable and he does a really good job and provides pictures of the work done.

I noticed that my solar production had dropped this year, so I was probably long overdue for a cleaning. I called three local companies and decided to go with East Bay Solar Cleaning based on their excellent reviews and reasonable prices. Nikolay was prompt, on-time, and very professional. He uses de-ionized water for the final rinse, which was important to me to prevent scale sediments.

Though I was expecting a 5-10% increase in production based on a cleaning I had done by another cleaning company a year after installation, I actually saw a 16-17% increase this time -- probably because it had been three years since my last cleaning. Indeed, Nikolay's before/after videos and photos showed how dirty my panels actually were and what a difference the cleaning made. I will definitely use him again, and have already recommended his service to my friends.

I can’t speak highly enough about the job East Bay Solar Cleaning did for us. We have a glass roof on a second story solarium that other services had refused to do (high up, difficult), so it was really dirty until today when Nick came and cleaned it. He was prompt, thorough, polite and did the job perfectly. It was an A+ job. We plan on using their services regularly.

I had gotten solar in 2017. Never really looked at production, but after receiving my true up bill, which was huge, did some checking up on my energy bill, solar generation, etc.

Mr Georgiev came by my home on time. Explained the process, and immediately got to work.

He showed me the before and after pictures, and you could definitely notice a difference.

You can see in the pictures how after 7 years the dust just kept aggregating on my panels, and how clean they were after.
