Edgar and his partner did an incredible job cleaning the exterior of our home, including all of the windows, skylights and gutters.
They were thorough and went the extra mile. I appreciated how considerate they were of our space and the fact that they kept things tidy along the way.
We will definitely be hiring them again!

I called Bright Services because one of their specialties is skylight cleaning. My home has a number of them and they were really filthy inside and out. Edgar was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The job was difficult and involved opening a few of my skylights from up on my steep roof in order to clean the inside. Edgar knew exactly what to do and was obviously very experienced. He did an amazing job and every window he touched now sparkles. I will definitely call him again the next time I need window or skylight cleaning or any of the other services he offers.

Edgar and his partner did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of our house including the windows. They also power washed various walkways and the patio and installed lights on a large tree in our front yard. Edgar takes the work serious, makes great recommendations and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend and will hiring them again.

Edgar did a phenomenal job cleaning six large windows: one on the ground floor and five on the second floor. Really more detailing than just cleaning - I'm particularly happy with the window sills and frames - they were really grimy.

Edgar submitted an accurate estimate after I sent him pictures of the job and arrived right on the agreed time. He also executed excellent safety practices in the use of his ladder.

I enjoyed working with Edgar. He provided a quote quickly for pressure washing, gutter cleaning and was able to quote a few extra requests for additional yard work to prepare the backyard for the summer. I enjoyed his attentiveness to detail and commitment to the tasks at hand. He had the vision and conscientiousness. He and his team member worked really hard the whole day for our project!

In the picture our deck was so green. The difference is amazing!!!

Staining the deck will surely make it last longer and it sounded like a service he could offer. I appreciated that he discussed how the process was done to make sure I don't fudge up my own DIY project in the future!

We've had Nolan clean our gutters several times as well as install bird netting under our solar panels. We also live in a 2-story house with 9'+ ceilings, so our house is on the upper end of what I think he can service.

Nolan communicates well by email and text. While an initial bid for some gutter cleaning came in high, we negotiated pricing based on other bids we received. We also live in the same neighborhood, and he helped us out by removing some debris from our roof after a neighbor crashed and left a drone up there. He did so at no cost, and I figure I owe him a review for being a great service provide and neighbor!

Lastly, we did notice some bird netting come loose recently months after installation (we've had a pigeon problem as well as hawks hunting and eating the pigeons from our rooftop). We contacted Nolan, who stood by his work and came by, free of charge, to do some repairs. Thanks again!

Nolan was super communicative, accommodating, and friendly. We had to reschedule once due to the weather, but he showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and was fast about performing the work cleaning our gutters and solar panels. He even did it despite the weather being a little wet again. Will definitely hire Nolan again and recommend to our friends!

Nolan and the Smart Solar Cleaning team did an amazing job in cleaning my 35 solar panels --- from scheduling appointment to getting the workdone. They were in need of urgent care due to gunk and dirt accumulating over the years due to negligence of previous owners, leading to a drop in production.

Nolan was very responsive to my queries pre-appointment scheduling and accommodated my last minute rescheduling request. He arrvied at the promised time and got to work right away. we’ve had some problems with pigeons nesting under the solar panels. they did a fantastic job bird-proofing around the panels.

Nolan communicates very well with customers. He sent a reminder message a few days prior to the appointment, as well as a message when he was on his way the day of the appointment. He was on time and got to work straight away. Nolan is efficient, professional, and courteous, providing me with “before and after” pics of my solar panels.

Nolan and his team at Smart Solar Cleaning are very efficient and thorough. They cleaned out my clogged gutters and made my solar panels look brand new! They even blew the pine needles off my roof! I will definitely be using them again.

Nolan (business owner) actually showed up early.
The Company Van was marked with the Business name and
the van was clean and organized inside.

Nolan did a fast and excellent job on my 17 Solar Panels and skylight.

My Solar Panel output always increases after cleaning.

At this time, l’m on a yearly cleaning cycle with Nolan.

Nolan was also scheduled to clean my neighbor’s Solar Panels.

I highly recommend Smart Solar Cleaning for cleaning Solar Panels.

In the future, I will be using Nolan’s other cleaning services.
