The EnergyAid technician, Mani Aminolroaya, arrived on schedule.
He quickly analyzed my Solar system and discovered problems that
had not been recognized by previous technicians who worked on the system. He took corrective action on what he found and briefed me to monitor the system on my computer after a few hours. I have done that on a rainy and cloudy day. My system now shows all my panels producing power at normal levels. It has been nearly two years since my system worked this well. I want to thank EneryAid and especially Technician Aminolroaya for his knowledge and ability to bring my long-sick Solar system back to life. Thanks, Warren Vest

Technician Mani came out and fixed a communication problem with my Solaredge system and was able to bypass the problem by communicating directly to my wifi. He was very friendly and explained the process. EnergyAid had been out about a year ago updating the firmware on the system also. Looking at how the system was monitored by Solaredge was a scam to get more money. For now, I'm pretty happy with EneryAid and their service techs.

Had a basic inspection to make sure my system was working properly. Very competent technician and no “hard sell” to push me to buy anything. I really appreciate that.

Marcos was very knowledgeable and patient with my concerns and questions. He addressed the situation in timely manner. He arrived earlier than anticipated which was a plus as well.

When my solar company went out of business I was given EnergyAid's contact. I was very specific when I contacted them about what needed to be done. They charged me $299 to come out and review my system(which didn't need reviewing) and then told me they couldn't do the work that was needed, and refused to refund my money. These guys may be good for simple solar stuff but I would be very specific about your needs before using them

Nicholas with EnergyAid was very friendly, thorough in his assessment of the situation and explanation of details. He also helped me with a few things free of charge that were related to the reinstallment of the solar panels but not really the exact reason he was there and I appreciated his help.

Mani from EgeryAid was awesome.
True professional. Explained the details as he completed his system inspection, troubleshooting my connection, and finally ensuring the system is functioning perfectly.

It was a great experience with Eric. He was polite and able to discuss my solar energy concerns. He was very knowledgible about all the connections of my solar power system and spotted the problem in short order. He even went over my latest PG&E bill with me.

The service was excellent, Nicholas, Energy Aid technician was knowledgeable and very nice person, he came on time within the scheduled time window. He checked and evaluated our 2 years old SunPower solar system which it turns to be working great generate power but the problem was with the SunPower battery. Thank you Energy Aid and thank you Nicholas.

Erik was very professional. He texted and then called before showing up. He explained what he needed and explained what he had found. He didn't make me feel dumb for knowing so little about my solar power system. Mani showed up well before the scheduled time, clearly explained what he planned to do, very patiently waited on the phone with the manufacturer of my equipment, left a clean site... I would gladly have him back for another project, though of course I'd even more gladly not need service!

Bernard is a very good kid. Soft spoken and very polite. He did a great job with our solar! I have posted before and after shots. My husband and I are very satisfied! He has exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend EnergyAid!

Detailed review of 2 solar systems for house. Operation and communication with router verified. Functioning of all solar panels and optimizers checked. Possible problems with 2/26 - verified later as functioning correctly.

Technician was efficient, capable and figured out our battery wasn’t working properly and began a warranty process to have another battery sent to us. It’s possible the battery problem affected the inverter so he is trying to get us a new inverter on our warranty as well! Very impressed!!
