Chance was amazing!! Originally came out for a cleaning but once he realized there was an even bigger issue with our panels he got right to work on contacting our system provider, changing out parts and getting us back up and running. This service is wonderful and far underrated in my opinion. My solar panels have not been cleaned since the initial installation and needed it badly. But cleaning is just the beginning, a full diagnostic service was also performed and several connection and functional issues were found and repaired. Now that is service!!
