I had Paul come out to estimate a job on a new building. He asked me to complete some prep work before he came back. When I completed the work, I called back and left a message with the lady in the office on 3 separate occasions. I still haven't heard anything from them after months. I had to find a different electrician that ended up having to get the electric company involved. The work that Paul had me do had to be removed and redone. Such a waste of time and money.

Crystal was great!! I love seeing a woman in trade as a woman myself, and she was so knowledgeable/helpful. She answered all of my questions, cleaned up after herself, and was very quick/focused. Our dog, Stella, also loved her! Would definitely use this company again.

I needed some conduit ran to a newly installed vent fan. There hadn't been a fan there prior. The company did not visit to do an estimate but provided one to me over the phone. Estimate was pretty accurate with actual cost a little lower than estimated which I appreciate.

The electrician was very helpful, understood our house was older and worked efficiently to get it done

I contacted Mosher for an electrical problem in a bathroom. Crystal came out promptly as scheduled and what a pleasure to meet her. She is an asset to the Mosher staff and i will definitely recommend her when asked if I know an electrician.

Crystal was amazing, worked quickly, explained what she was doing, put up my non stop chatter. Was able to come out the day after I called. Highly recommend this company and Crystal!

Their boss showed up on the job because they couldn't find the issue, hes rude, judgemental. If I didn't have to have someone here to fix the issue he would be asked to leave.

Called them with a problem as an emergency during business hours, No one ever called us back. Not helpful. Won't ever call them again.

I called and they got me in as soon as they could they came out and found the problem which made them late for their next appointment they told me what needed to be done on our end then called back and they were back out and took care of the problem they cleaned up the miss that they made they sent me a bill in the mail I was floored it was half of what I expected great work and a great price Jim and his group even the secretary was great they were all polite and kind they treat you as a person I would recommend them to anybody for thank you again I'm sure we'll be calling you
