My daughter had them come to her house to fix a problem she had been having for about 4-5 days. First of all they weren’t very Knowledgeable, they arrived around 10am then had another guy come who also could locate the problem so the owner showed up. WELL he was completely rude and VERY unprofessional. My daughters family has been sick for the last 3 weeks and because there hasn’t been any lights for a few days there were dishes to be washed and he was quick to comment on that along with things outside. He is totally unprofessional and had she not needed the problem resolved she would have told them to leave. I do not recommend this company very rude and not at all the type of business I want in mine or my families house. 😡😡

Excellent electricians. Jim, Kerri, Keith, Jon and Tom are all amazing to work with. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have commercial, residential or industrial work done.

Kyle and Josh were amazing. They were quick, professional and friendly. They helped with a problem it took me two years to get an approved work order for. The fact my house could have burned down around me was a very real threat. These guys got there on time. They were very friendly. I had a great experience. Its summer time so there is a wait to get service. But they made sure i was taken care of well and properly. The guys worked well together they had every thing they needed to fix my particular problem. I cant speak to the bad reviews i did not experience it.. I guess sometimes in life you get what you give.

I had a major brownout problem leading to 3 major rooms with no electricity. Carter and Lance came in knowing what to do. They trouble shooted the problem, fixed it with efficiency, knowledge, and skill in a very timely manner. I will call Newport Electric for all my electrical needs, including replacing my porch lamps. And I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work!!’

2 of the nicest young men came out today. Half of my home didn't have power. They figured out the problem in about 10 minutes and had it fixed in another about 5 minutes. Definitely will be using them to fix more things that need fixed soon.

Office staff was wonderful. Carter and Lance 2 awesome electricians. So great, professional and on point , dedicated employees. Came and started to work right away. No slackers here. Will definitely call them if in need of any electrical work in the future. Thank you all. A job well done.

So on Saturday the power pole at the road had a failed insulator arc and backfeed into my line, frying both electric panels and a washer. I called ringbloom in milan and solar electric in ida and two other places that all stated having 24 hour emergency. Nobody called me back. The lineman from dte had come out the following day to check up on us and he recommended Newport Electric. I called them about 9:30am. They had someone there by 11:30am. They found other panel had been hit too. They replaced both panels and did not leave until they were sure all was good. I come from a family of builders and have seen many electrical panels over the years and I have to say I have never seen a panel wired so neatly and clean in all of my life!! These guys are top notch.
