TEC installed a generator connection. The cost included the generator. Awesome, quality work at a great price! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone!

James came out to service my home with in 30 minutes of me calling with my issue. One of the most polite technicians I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He even removed his boots before entering my home so as not to track water and snow all over the place. His work performance was extremely professional and thorough working from one end of the room to the other and making minor fixes along the way that most repair men would not have. He also took the time to explain in detail what he was doing along the way as well as teaching me the differences in "older home" wiring compared to "newer home" wiring. To top it off he only charged me for the service call even though the problem took longer to resolve. Good company, Great technician I would have a beer with this man, you can trust his work and character. Thanks again James!

I recently moved my office to my home and did not have enough electrical outlets/power running to the "new" office space. I was in a "tough" spot and had a deadline I had to meet to move the office. I called them late morning on Friday, the owner was out of town and they were super busy, but they managed to send two techs out to my location to assess the issue. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the problem the same day (due to other commitments), but they sent a crew out the following week (Wednesday) and completed the job while the IT people were moving and setting up my computers. It was a little more to pay than I expected, but considering they squeezed me in during an "urgent" situation, I cannot complain! I am thankful for their professionalism and responsiveness to my needs (freaking out and being on a tight deadline). Each tech that came out was polite and professional. They cleaned up (vacuumed) their mess before leaving - if you didn't "know" they were there, you would never be able to tell, that's how well their work was done. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The crew from TEC upgraded our service, installed a whole-house generator, and ran an underground power line to the back of the property for a future pole barn. They scheduled the job quickly, took care of the permits, communicated well, and were on time, focused, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend TEC Electric for any electrical needs.

We had an emergency situation on our rental property from a branch coming down and pulling down the electrical wire. We live over 300 miles from the home. Our tenants were without electricity and we were having a hard time finding anyone to fix it. We called TEC ELECTRIC and they went out the same day. They took care of all the repairs, the permit, and the inspection for us. They took the worry out of our hands and got the job done. We are so appreciative of their service and response. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Beware of the unplanned added cost of a meter upgrade with a new generator install. It is not insignificant and caused a generator purchase/installation that isn't supported by our meter. Now we have the significant cost and can't afford to finish the job. I now have $13k into a generator that will not operate my whole home. What a waste of money. Thanks Tech Electric for not warning us of this significant cost.

We moved into our home 3 years ago, and have had multiple electrical problems. After our first call to Titus at TEC, we were convinced they would be our "go to" for any future problems. They have been out several times since, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed, and we were satisfied with the work before they left our home.

TEC Electric is by far the best Electricians in the area. They installed a backup generator and automatic throw switch for my home. The installation went very well and on time. They took care of all the details including inspection and contacting Consumers. I lost power last night at mid-night, the generator kicked in and I didn't even get out of bed. Life is Good!

TEC did a great job for us! They replaced multiple receptacles, switched around several lights and fixed several connection issues for us. They did all this in a very timely manner and communicated with me along the way. I highly recommend TEC and Titus for anyone having electrical work to be done.

I had a smaller job that required coordination of city and power along with preparing exterior boxes and inside panel. Titus Fox directed the job and Trevor and Carson did the electrical work. The whole crew was professional and efficient. The outside boxes look great and the inside panel went from a rat's nest of wires to a neat and organized set of connections. I feel very secure now having my in-laws move with their new service. Thanks TEC, you are my go-to electricians now.

Can not express how highly my wife & I recommend TEC Electric. We just recently purchased new home in Brooklyn MI & needed some electrical work done.Googled nearby electricians & a whole list appeared. I rarely look at reviews (nor write them) but saw TEC Electric had 5 stars so called & made appointment with them. Reviews do work!!!! What an amazing, professional, efficient job Titus did for us!! Now in days you may get good service but lack customer service or vise versa. Believe me...We got BOTH! Thank You Titus for your professionalism and awesome customer service! My husband and I recently contacted TEC Electric and were very pleased with our decision. Titus and his employees were extremely professional, personable, and accommodating for our schedules. Titus was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and his quote for the work was reasonable. We would use them again for any electrical needs.

TEC did a really nice job for us from start to finish. The biggest thing for me was their attention to detail. Titus took extensive notes when quoting the project. I had a long list of repairs. When the guys showed up to do the work they were prepared and ready to go. Highly recommended.

What we look for in a contractor is having confidence in them and in their work. Titus demonstrated from the first conversation and throughout the installation process that he had pride in his work and would be giving us quality service. He explained everything to us in a manner we understood and treated us with respect and concern for what we thought we needed to understanding what we actually would need. TEC Electric's quote was reasonable and followup thorough. Any time we had a question we got an immediate response and clarification from Austin who always left us feeling like they were on top of what was going on. We looked at three companies when getting quotes and were very pleased with all aspects of TEC Electric's work and service. We would highly recommend this family-based company.

I had TEC electric for some repairs today. The estimate done by Titus Fox was very reasonable and done promptly. He was honest , knowledgeable and professional. This was our first experience with TEC. I contacted Titus on the recommendation from our previous generator maint. company that was going out of business due to the owner retiring. We were experiencing issues with our whole house generator and I needed someone to look at it quickly....this was about the same time as the ice storm that came through earlier this year. The tech that came out checked the error codes that the generator was throwing out and suggested the parts that needed to be replaced. The parts and labor were estimated to cost about $900. Titus would not let us spend the $900 (which I was gladly prepared to pay) without checking a few other possibilities. He sent the tech back out with instructions on what to check - and it turned out that Titus was right. A minor adjustment was made and generator has been working fine ever since. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism shown by TEC. They very easily could have replaced the unneeded parts and I wouldn't have questioned them at all. They have earned a customer for the long haul and I would gladly recommend them (and have) to our friends and family in the area.

TEC Electric installed a whole home/office generator for us. From start to finish the installation was top notch.

The latest ice storm was the first time we used our new generator, and we were so happy to have it, as we were without power for 8 days. Our home/office was able to continue our work.
