I rarely write reviews, but after having TEC help me with an electrical problem, I am compelled to share my experience. Bill and Titus came to my home to solve an electrical issue, they were very professional, did great quality work, keep me aware of what the problem was and how they were fixing it. The problem was hard to find and they worked late to resolve the issue. Even though it was late, I never felt like they were rushing or cut any corners. They charged a fair price and It was one of the best, if not the best experience I have had with a contractor. It was really outstanding service!

We are extremely impressed with TEC Electric. They are professional, extremely responsive and on time, and they do great work. Our most recent experience was damage from a storm bringing down a power line, causing issues with our outdoor electric wiring. They completely fixed the problem within an hour of being called, and all it cost us was a few peaches off of our peach tree. :) I recommend them 100%.

We needed to update old wiring and run some new wiring for our nursery and stairwell. Despite the challenging repair TEC Electric managed to squeeze us in quickly so that we could keep our project deadline. They were honest, on time, and on budget. It is nice to have folks work on your home that obviously care about the work they are doing. Everyone was respectful and they followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and to answer any questions. We will be using TEC Electric for all our future electrical work.

We had a big project bringing the house up to code and adding outlets in a few spots. The guys at Tech Electric did such a great job. They were very punctual and professional and made sure we knew what was going on during the process. We could not be more grateful for all the hard work they've done for us. Called late on a Friday afternoon because my dryer wasn't working. I needed a new electrical outlet. Austin got someone out right away. Excellent service and very friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks guys for great service and response time.

Greg and Luke updated several electrical outlets including adding an outlet so my new microwave could be easily hung for installation. They also repaired an outlet behind my entertainment center making it safe. Not only did they repair the outlet but took apart old cords, helped me disconnect old electronic equipment, hid and cut the antenna wires. They went out their way to accommodate me. I can’t say enough about these young men that worked quickly, cleaned up and were very respectful. I would highly recommend Tec Electric to handle any of your electrical needs. One happy customer!

Luke, the tech who came out to service my Generac was really kind and explained everything he was doing. Austin the person I talked with on the phone when I first called was really courteous and set me up in a maintenance program. All being said, great service and I'd recommend them to anyone.

They went above and beyond to get my septic pump repaired, after I called everywhere they saved the day! Quick, smart, and great communication; I can't say enough about them.

Titus and Bill did an excellent job putting in three ceiling fans for us. One was a replacement on a 20 ft. vaulted ceiling in our family room and the other two were put in bedrooms where they replaced the existing light fixtures. They are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and fast. They even went above and beyond by driving to a home improvement store to pick up a specific kind of switch for one of the fans, came back and installed it on the very same day. They took the old fixtures to donate to Habitat for Humanity, and cleaned up after themselves. If you're looking for an electrician, TEC Electric is who you need to contact!

Been working with TEC electric for a few years now. They installed a whole house generator and continue to service it for us. Outstanding company and great people! Highly recommended!

Tuesday we had a new Generac generator installed by TEC Electric, LLC of Brooklyn. Their staff from their highly experienced sales/marketing representative to their skilled and professional office staff as well as their highly professional installation crew to be congratulated. When I had a question they responded professionally and in a friendly manner as a personal friend would do.

TEC is an exceptional company with the best customer service we have ever encountered. We were blessed to find Titus when we first moved to this area. From small electrical mysteries to installing our standby generator, they have been here every step of the way.

Tec Electric has done 3 projects for me, installing a new service panel, running a new 220 line to my kitchen for the electric range, and installing an automatic generator. Each time they were professional, on time, and completed the work as promised. For my generator they come out twice a year to be sure it is working properly at no cost and without me reminding them. I would call them again if I need electrical work.

They not only do amazing work, but after consumers broke something than denied they did after filing a claim, they decided to just take care of it rather than make me fight consumers over it. Very reasonable, made sure I knew what needed to be done, then did beautiful work when I chose their quote. Highly recommend! They were recommended to me by my ex father in law who was an electrician at Ford for a very long time. No higher praise in my book!

I found TEC Electric to far, FAR exceed my every expectation. I first contacted them during zero-degree weather when the power between the meter and the house went out. So, no furnace in zero-degree weather.

TEC was fast, professional, clear, gracious, and fantastic to work with. I have already emailed all my neighbors saying, "TEC is the best!"

Service was great and prompt. Extremely fair pricing.
