Called for service and was basically told they were too busy to come out and referred me to another company. Will not call them again! I mean what company is too busy to pick up new customers? To make money? Fresch Electric thats who!

We had Dan come out and give us an estimate on a rehab. home in Castalia, OH. We walked through the home and garage and he said that he would send us an estimate. Well, it's been over a month now, with follow-up reminders, and still no estimate or response. That's too bad, because I grew up in Castalia, OH and have known Fresch Electric since I was a kid, and now I will only remember them because of this experience. I guess they have some extra time on their hands to send someone out for an estimate and then never send it out.

I called to get an estimate for a potential job. My company requires three estimates before we can move forward. They asked me to explain the issue and after I got done explaining to the best of my knowledge. They told me that there would be no point in coming out because they would not be able to tell anything by just looking at it. After going back and forth I told him I would call around to some more companies to see if they were able to give estimates and then I would call them back. He then told me not to bother calling back. I think that was very rude and unprofessional.

There was an emergency at our house and i called them and they came right away. Teddy was very informative and responsive was very professional and friendly. He fixed the issue in a very timely manner. Next time i need an electrician i will most definately call these guys...

After knocking the service out of my house. I called Fresch Electric and within an hour I had an electrician with a plan, not more than another hour later they had a whole team here to put us back in service. Exceptional customer service

My mother in law went to pick up some random pieces for Kelley’s island property. We talked to several other companies that were not nice to her. Fresch was so nice and amazing to her. They got her the wire we needed and let her borrow a crimper. Thank you. The part work

The Fresch Electric team did an outstanding job upgrading and completing our new underground service. I got on their schedule within a couple weeks and they made a complex install easy. They came back to coordinate with the utility to energize the system and we couldn’t be happier.

We had such a wonderful experience with Fresh Electric! We had a breaker blow that effected three rooms in our house and turned out that all of our electrical boxes weren’t up to code. We had three very out of date and potential fire hazard boxes replaced. I’m so thankful that Tyghe and his talented crew were able to get our project done in such a fast turn around. Thank you!

Cannot say enough about the great service provided by Fresch Electric. We had a dock electric problem that needed to be serviced only when the water level was down. They did an excellent job in pulling the old box that was under the water, go figure. Rerouted the line and installed the correct, waterproof box where there is now direct access. Definitely would recommend for all your electrical needs.

One of the best decisions I made. I needed some work done in my house and ended up having them do more cause the estimate was so reasonable. Came out the next day on time and extremely professional. Would not hesitate calling them again. One of my best experiences with hiring a professional service company.
