We had an electrical emergency at an apartment that we own. I contacted Fresch Electric and spoke with Doug. He was on top of the problem within an hour and his crew fixed it within a very short time and it was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any electrical work done!!!

We were selling our home and had some things that needed to be tended like GFCI and some other issues. Doug at Fresch Electric had his crew out immediately to make the enhancements. Crew was professional and efficient all while performing an excellent job! Will always use Fresh Electric from here on out! Thank you Doug and Fresh Electric!!!!

Great experience with Dan and his crew at Fresch Electric. Fair pricing and exceptional work!! The team that came and worked on our house has been very clean, efficient, and friendly. They did so many different things for us ranging from removing knob and tube, adding canned lighting, updating outlets, adding and moving where needed, and so much more. We will continue to use them for any electrical needs- 5 stars for sure! Highly recommended

I would highly recommend Fresch Electric for any of your electrical needs. I am a small contractor in the area and have used them many many times for projects that I needed done. They are great team to work with, very professional and they do very good work.

Adam was friendly and efficient. Located the problem immediately and fixed it. Then discussed further electrical needs with my landlord. Very neat, made sure there wasn’t anything left behind. Also was patient with my questions.

I had put my information in to Fresch Electric at a home show for work I wanted to have done. Nate called me at set up an appointment to review my options. I wanted my service panel updated with a new box and breakers since the old was dating back to the early 1980s and I wanted a 30amp interlock outlet installed. So in the event of a power outage, I can power essentials in the house with my generator.

Teddy came out and got to work on the panel. Very professional and kept me informed as well as running the 30amp outlet box to the area I wanted it. Teddy did outstanding work, making my new panel box very clean and updated. We went over the process for the interlock in the panel box and everything is working fantastic. I was very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Fresch Electric for your electric service needs.

Worst customer service!!!!!!! Vicki is very unprofessional, and refuses to allow you to speak to anyone else. It took 6 months to receive a bill. I have asked to speak to supervisor several different times, always a promised call back. Never a call back!!

I can not say enough good about this company!! I manage Five Star Store It in Marblehead and my ignite sign has been out of order for a year. Finally called Firelands Elec. and what a prompt and effcient job they did. Within two weeks they had the problem solved and the sign back up and running. Wow, wish I would have called them sooner. Thank you Firelands Electric and crew! I too am baffled by the other reviews. Everyone I dealt with, was professional and prompt. They came right out to give me an estimate and completed the work way sooner then I thought it would be. Office staff was amazing also!!!

I am surprised by these other reviews. I manage properties and have called Firelands Electric numerous times and have always had awesome customer service from the whole group. I give Jason an A+++ for his Electrician skills and his customer service skills. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Had no power in Kitchen. Called Firelands at 9:00am and John was here by 10. Identified the problem, reset the refrigerator, vacuumed the refrigerator coils and by 10:30 my day was perfect! Can’t thank John enough and will recommend to everyone I know. Oh, the cost was great too!

I had quite a bit of work and installs to be done and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Jason was very professional and took the time to explain any issues. Definitely recommend.

We had our 220 line nicked by a fiber optic dig leaving us without heat, hot water and a dryer. John and Jason came out evaluated the situation and determine what needed to be done. Unfortunately the equipment they needed wasn’t readily available but John and Jason kept us informed continuously. The boring company and Jason came out this past Saturday. Called Firelands first thing on a Friday morning, and they were out in less than 2 hours. Fixed my problem quickly and were reasonably priced. Very friendly service too. Highly recommend.
