I'm not exactly sure what this business is because when I called the number listed my call was forwarded to Blue Flame Heating, Air, & Electric, (so really this review is for them). I had Thomas W. from Blue Flame dispatched to my home for a diagnostic call on an open neutral somewhere on one of my kitchen circuits (this was for electrical only no HVAC). He found the problem quickly, was able to repair it in no time, and educated me on how everything was wired up at the end. Very professional service and friendly, would recommend to anyone. I hired the emergency electrician to install our new light fixture and they did a great job! The men were very professional and did an amazing job installing everything. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing, so I was confident that everything would be up to code for the future. I also loved that it was over half off of the original estimate price!

My power kept flickering in part of the house and it was driving me nuts. I had no clue what was causing it and didn’t want to mess with it myself. Found a local electrician and gave them a call. They got me on the schedule for the next day. The tech came on time and was real polite. He checked the breaker box and found a loose connection that could’ve caused bigger problems if I waited. He tightened everything up and made sure it was safe. While he was here I asked about changing a light fixture and he did that too with no problem. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me anything and kept it simple. Only thing was the service call fee felt a bit high but I guess that’s normal now. Everything works fine now and I feel better knowing nothing’s gonna spark or catch fire. He was fast and seemed to really know his stuff. If you’ve got electrical problems don’t mess around just call someone. This guy was great and I’ll be using him again next time something goes weird with the lights.
