Had a bad experience just trying to ask this company a question, so glad there are competent and reputable companies out there instead of this one. I emailed to ask if they had done location marking on a sewer bid and Michael, the President, called me to say he didn't understand the question. It's a simple question about their bid and their industry. He asked if it was for sewer or utilities. Well, since they only did a sewer bid, I would think that answer is obvious. And it's a yes or no answer. Our phone call was disconnected somehow and I tried to call back several times as well as email, but he would never pick up or respond. Very unprofessional and so incompetent, that they can't understand a simple question about their own bid.
The owner responds after FOUR YEARS?!? What ridiculousness. One quick look at my reviews shows tons of other ratings. UES is not only competent, but liars also.

Wanted to share that UES is a very professional company and follows through with many tasks. I have requested bids and the follow through has always been there whereas many other companies hem and haw about getting things quoted. I appreciate all the work I've done with UES over the past many years.

UES is a fantastic GC. They always follow through by their word, which is rare these days. We utilize them throughout the Metro area on projects ranging from concrete work and electrical work to things like snow removal even. Never a problem, any mistakes are rectified within the day usually. Strongly recommend these guys : )

Had a couple very hard to find leaks. One under my home foundation and another under my driveway. They resolved both with a relentless commitment to getting them fixed. Their intense efforts, all while under wintery conditions led to the quickest, least painful outcome for my family ($). They worked with multiple companies to methodically find the leaks, dug only where they needed to, and resolved the issues as quickly as humanly possible. Extremely grateful for an outstanding experience! Highly recommend 👌

Excellent service and all around good people!!! My main waterline to my house failed. The electrical company, 3.5 years earlier, had broken it, and then incorrectly tried to fix it. To top it off they decided not to disclose the error to the builder or Willis Exc. Fast forward 3.5 years and my main waterline breaks on a Thursday at 8PM. Willis was the original installer of the water line. They sent people right away the very next day, explained the situation, provided me piece of mind, and fixed the issue so my family would have water over the weekend. A special thanks to Kristen, Jacob, and the other worker (sorry I didn't get your name). I'm sure you had better things to do on a Friday and going out of your way is still making me a little emotional. You are all amazing people! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I am so Happy I hired Austin from Helms and Son to extend Piping from new Gutters to get the Water away from my Home! I realized I had a problem with Water draining, Austin came and accessed the problem, gave me a quote, and started to work right away! He and all his men were so efficient, cleaning up the property, and did such a great job explaining everything to me along the way! Everyone was so nice and I can’t wait to use them again when I need more work done.
