Excavating Contractor reviews across the US

We have utilized the services of Jones Plumbing twice in the past year and both times they exceeded our expectations. They were quick and professional with assessing the problem, providing a quote and then doing the repairs - one of which was replacing a water heater. Their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

We recently used Jones to replace some broken septic drain lines. This involved demo of the concrete basement floor, excavation of the pipes, replacement, and pouring concrete.

Jesse was great to work with throughout, quote was clear and fair. They found additional problems once into the project but again communicated throughout and gave options with a fair and honest assessment. Finished project looks good and most importantly works! Highly recommend.

Great service and great humans! They replaced our main sewer and then some in a very timely manor. Our house was full of suprises, mysteries and complications, yet the work was all done so well. We are truly greatful for Jones Excavating and Plumbing right now. They even corrected what a previous company did a few weeks ago. Thank you for getting us our house back!!

Have used Dan for a few projects and he rocks it! Fair prices for great work.

Dans the man when come to dirt work , professional and affordable, straight to the point .Thanks again

Dan was great. Lived up to name of company. He came up with a solution to a problem I was dealing with that was a fraction of the cost of reputable plumbing companies. He immediately understood where I was at in analyzing the problem as a cost -benefit analysis. I'd give six stars if allowed.

Dan is great at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone!

What an awesome job this guy does!!
We had a complicated situation with an area of our property and Dan worked his magic. His knowledge and experience really shows and he saved us thousands with his ability to read the area and make it work!!
Thank you Dan we appreciate you so much! We will definitely use you again!

Dan does amazing work! We've had him do multiple jobs on our property and it looks awesome! His years of experience really shows that he knows what he's doing.
I must say that a previous review stating incompetence is a load of crap and completely untrue!! It's infuriating that people can lie about someone and their business, fabricate a narrative and get away with it. That is wrong in so many ways and they should be ashamed of themselves. There is absolutely NO merit it what they've said.

Dan did a fantastic job clearing a huge area that desperately needed attention. Not only did he remove what needed to go, but he graded the area to make it useful for our needs. He was efficient with his time and saved us hundreds of dollars. His experience showed he knew what he was doing in the process. We will definitely be calling him and only him for future projects! Thanks again Dan for going above and beyond for us!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not great advertising for your business when your service vehicle is tailgating me on I-5.

Very rude on the road. Maybe drive nicely if you want people to consider your business in the future.

A bunch of grade A people with great values. I work for Forbes plumbing and I had a broken tool. These guys were quick to help me and on a handshake. A handshake doesn’t mean much to many anymore. Thank you so much for the loaner!

Hi, Karen here… judging by your other reviews, being courteous to others on the road isn’t your forte. Maybe next time you park your “large” truck and take up four spots, please do so in the many available spaces that are not directly up front.
Sincerely,
A Karen

Showed up on time, gave me a few options to complete the job and finished on time as planned!

Im a plumbing contractor and have used J.CO for several jobs. this company always shows up on time and dose quality work i will use him exclusivly in the future.

Support local guys! Best customer service!

Excellent service, went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the end result.

Can't give them zero stars. Too inconsiderate to return phone calls. I understand if they are busy with big jobs, but the should be considerate enough to return my calls and tell me so.

I’m always blown away at the incredible work Nathan Marple does. His professionalism, skill and experience are unmatched. He can tackle any earth moving project you can imagine.

Outstanding and fast work at competitive prices. I've had him out on 2 home projects for gravel pads and underground plumbing - both of them were beyond my expectations. The equipment shifted some gravel in the driveway to the site which I expected, but to my pleasant surprise the way he left the property with the loader he was able to recover it with his excavator blade leaving it better than it was when he got there with no extra charge! You'd have to see how tight the area is exiting my driveway to appreciate the precision maneuvering he did with such a big excavator! I recommend his business to all my family and friends!
