Great job! Very easy to work with! Highly recommend! Jason, Shane and crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to our needs and wants, made great recommendations and suggestions, put together a plan and executed as promised!

I always try to give my business to local companies whenever possible. Jason and the team at Mini Backhoe Services did a great job fixing a large sinkhole in my backyard being caused by tree roots and an old septic tank. They kept me informed along the way explaining what was needed and why. I would highly recommend.

Had MBS at my home today to dig out a koi pond that I had been planning to do myself but didn't want to dig out (the hard part). I contacted MBS and worked with Jason who quickly gave me an estimate and answered all my questions and couldn't have been any more helpful. On dig day, his two man crew of Shane and Joey showed up prepared to do the excavation. They did everything I was hoping for and even fixed up my back yard with the soil they dug out which was unplanned, but worked out well. I would use them again for anything I need in the future and would recommend you do the same.
My only regret is not working in one of their sweet MBS T-shirts into my proposal...

MBS did a great job on a full regrade of our yard to fix drainage issues and smooth out lumps and bumps that resulted from the removal of several trees and construction projects. They spent a TON of time removing and hauling off roots, installed a couple of dry wells, brought in new topsoil, and graded everything to pitch properly. Finished off with seeding and mulching, and added decorative stone along our sidewalk and driveway for an aesthetic finish with extra stormwater function. I was very impressed with the extra effort put forth to remove and reinstall all of the fence panels, hand shoveling to tie in grade along the house and gardens, and hand trimming the crazy amount of roots that had to be removed. Jason and team were a super nice group to work with. Very friendly, courteous, and communicative.

Jason company was hired to excavate an opening for a new sewer replacement. Also to saw cut street opening. His company was the first company I hired which could do the full job start to finish. Very professional and reliable. Owning a plumbing company will hire his services again.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Jason, owner of MBS, over the last couple of years for two major projects. The first one was excatvating our lawn, that had lots of dips and a fairly extensive slant in the grade. The second project we partnered with MBS for this year was assistance digging a 24” deep hole for a 18x33ft semi-inground pool. I was nervous about the pool base being level enough for the installation. Jason was reassuring in this process and followed through with a fairly level pool base within 1” using a lasor level. The pool turned out great! Jason graciously offered to return and backfill the pool and fix the grading around the pool after the installation, which was so appreciated!!! After spending a week constructing and installing our pool during 90+ degree heat wave, we were beat!!!

Jason has excellent communication skills, he is prompt at returning messages and calls, and worked with us over several visits to ensure the exact results for the project! He stayed in touch with us to complete everything, even though our pool project was delayed for two seasons.

I referred Jason to my neighbor who was looking for an excavator to fix the grade in his yard and it looks excellent as well! MBS will get the job done and work with you to create the results you envision! Best part was, it took a lot of stress off us to complete work using heavy machinary we weren’t comfortable or skilled using as his team. Brandon was the operator for a majority of the work, and I can not recommend him highly enough! He is a hard worker and meticulous in getting the results done for projects exactly as requested. We highly recommend Mini Backhoe Services for all your excavating, grading and leveling needs! 🫶🏻

As the project progressed throughout the day, the MBS specialist checked in with us to get our perspective and to ask us how we wanted to proceed which we really appreciated. You gave me and my family peace of mind. Every other company had way too high estimates compared to yours and they could not schedule my excavation no where near as quick as you did. Now I can use my water in my home again plus the drain cleaning/underground repair was phenomenal. Plus now plumbers can access and snake my drain/sewer/ overflow connection from outside now rather than inside the home. I can’t say thank you enough and I appreciate how respectful and courteous you all were from beginning to end. I have worked with Valley Trenching on several projects over the past 12 years. They are always prompt, professional & attentive to detail. I recommend their services to other professionals often & always receive positive feedback.

Unreliable company. My neighbor and I hired them to trench along the property line. They can't follow instruction to keep a certain feet away from the line. Screwed things up for us, and won't come to correct.

Yes, it is easy to deny and say you don't know the customers after you took the money and won't return. I remember you, Bill, and Jason working at our property and screwing things up for us and my neighbor. What a shame!

Can't trust this company to get the job done right. Customer provided specific instruction of where to trench. Workers did not follow and screwed up the job. Won't return to fix.

No, this is not an error review. My neighbors and I hired and paid you jointly. You just want to further lie, deny, and cover up your wrong practice.

Beware of this company, especially the owner (Bill). Not a man of his word. Demanded full payment while work was in progress. Promised that work would be done correctly as instructed by customer, and if not would return to correct. They got the money but they did not honor their words. Work was NOT done correctly and they did NOT return to correct the error.

Thank you Valley Trenching! I own a storage facility and needed to run electrical under the foundation from our main power to some of the units. Valley Trenching gave me the most reasonable bid, showed up when they said and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and really made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend these guys.

So thrilled with the job Valley Trenching did for us. We had seen work the did in our neighborhood a number of years ago when new sewers were going in. Very little disturbed, everything cleaned up. Looked good.

As we get ready to do an expansion on our home, we decided to contact Valley Trenching to see if we could relocate the septic or if we needed to go onto sewer.

Bill was extremely knowledgeable, explained what was required and gave us everything we needed to know to apply to the city. Unfortunately, the city did not allow us to relocate the septic tank, so we hired Valley Trenching to hook us into the sewer.

Our home is very old and was built by the original owner. A lot of the piping was close to the house and not well located. We had new windows installed a few years ago and were a bit worried. Valley Trenching did an amazing job, kept the dust down, didn't damage anything and the job went perfectly.

They even did us a favor and moved some landscape rock we had in our yard. I would strongly recommend them if you have trenching work that needs to be done.
