What a terrible experience. They use bottom of the line materials, terrible construction and do not stand behind their work. I would never want anyone else to go through what we have gone though with this company.

Poor experience. Got a quote and then could not commit to doing the job. Made an appointment, they did not show up or call, only time I spoke with them is when I called, no business sense.

Chain link fence went up as scheduled, and the workmanship was great even with a trees large root system. Price was competitive, very happy with my experience.

We recently purchased and had installed an ornamental Master Holco fence. We were very happy with the responsiveness, communication, installation process and the product. We would very much recommend Frank to others.

Frank did a great job putting up our backyard wood fence. He was here everyday and completed the job to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the end result.

Great experience!! After coming to look at the job on a Friday, the crew had the unique job done by 5:00 the next Monday. They listened to my unique specifications and followed all requests. The value was well worth what we paid. Communication was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend

Worst experience ever. We have signed an agreement on Dec 18, 2014 and paid half of the money but it took more than four months for them to start the job. Even that happened after dozens of calls, E-mails and broken promises.
They also used a wrong materials and the city of Minneapolis ordered to change the whole fence because of the materials they used to build at the first place. I called them many times but they have never called me back. Now I have to hire a different company.

Frank did an excellent job installing fencing late in the fall of 2025. He had to match some existing fencing and it's seamless. Looks so good, and his price was fair. I would definitely use his services again.

Ralph was kind and friendly and fixed a gate issue I was having in less than 20 minutes.

Access Control Systems has been our "go-to" company for all our exterior gate needs (we have 3 of them) at our home for the past 5 years. They have been EXTREMELY reliable, responsive and delightful to work with. Even when we had a hurricane, they were out quickly to assess and repair the damage the storm had done, and even helped us clear our driveway! Ralph and Roger are the BEST! Highly recommend them.

Please avoid the headache! We spent $5k+ for a new motor and intercom, and both broke in less than one year. They spent an incredibly frustrating 6 weeks attempting to fix it, and after hounding them for updates I realized we were still under warranty per our contract, so I simply requested our money back in exchange for not sharing my experience with their company. They went radio silent and we now have to take them to small claims court. The new company we hired said they sold us a terrible product at an astronomical price. We are now getting a much better system for the same price we paid ACL.
