Gregg Construction did a wonderful job on our repairs after extensive water damage to our kitchen and bathroom. Our Contractor communicated very well and went above and beyond to make sure it turned out to our satisfaction! We highly recommend Gregg Construction!

Brandon Webster and Matt McCasland were our saving grace after our catastrophic fire last year. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, forthright, and most importantly, honest. They talked me through things, were responsive, and listened to my construction goals. While not everything went perfectly (that would be unrealistic for a total home renovation), the few times something went awry, they made it right. I only wish that they might consider working with me on future rennovations as well.

As first time homeowners dealing with a major devastation we didn’t know what to expect of the gutting and rebuilding process after our house fire.
From the very first meeting with Brandon we were given an overview of the process, our questions were answered honestly and with great detail.
Gregg also has an excellent system in place with awesome communication and helpful expertise on an easy to use app. We stayed up date every single day!
Our project was completed on time, within budget, and with no short cuts.. I mean the quality of work was absolutely amazing!! Plus, helping us to navigate the mortgage and insurance side of things was HUGE.

My wife and have had many experiences with construction companies over the years. Gregg Construction was the absolute best experience we have ever had. After fire damage to our home, Gregg accomplished a complete remodel from floor to roof. They worked with us throughout the entire process, helping us choose everything from cabinet styles, flooring, to paint colors. Their expertise concerning overall design helped us make decisions on the changes in layout for each room. They also kept us well informed of the financial status including change orders and even week to week idea changes on our part.

As a result of a major water break to our Granbury home, USAA and Gregg Construction put the internal house back to original condition. Gary Hoard was the Gregg Construction project manager directing all phases of the interior reconstruction in a professional, neighborly and superb manor. We rate this contactor a 10 on a 10 scale! The coordination with the numerous sub-contractors and the their driven standard of quality was perfect to pure perfectionist requirements. Brian, the daily on-site team leader was excellent ensuring cleanliness and quality of each sub-job, particularly with wallboard and painting. When Gary was on a well deserved vacation for a week, Tina filled in seamlessly never missing a beat. We would never wish this kind of a water damage problem for anyone, but having USAA and the Gregg Construction team made our recovery easy and with little pain. I most strongly and without question recommend their services!

After an electrical fire in our 1971-built home, it was difficult to imagine it would ever feel whole again. Choosing Gregg Construction was truly one of the best decisions we could have made. From our initial consultation to the final reveal, Brandon Webster was a calm, knowledgeable, and professional presence throughout the entire process.

Our project manager, Tyler, took the reins with confidence. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His patience and courtesy were so appreciated. Carra’s interior design guidance was also invaluable—she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with each detail, including the backsplash selection.

I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire Gregg Construction team. Even our neighbors, who watched the progress daily, commented on the quality of the work and how thoroughly everything was done. Oscar, the foreman overseeing the roof removal and rebuild was also fantastic.

As many know, the smell of smoke can linger if a fire restoration isn’t done properly. A neighbor shared that her mother’s home still smelled of smoke years later because the restoration company didn’t replace all the damaged wood. That wasn’t the case with our home—Gregg Construction rebuilt everything the right way and made it even better than before. The finished result is absolutely beautiful.

If we ever need another remodel, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

The team lead by Kelley was excellent. Their attention to detail was impressive and showed craftsman quality work. The knockdown ceiling was the best I’ve ever seen. All in all we thought the work was excellent in every way.

Our roof was replaced fully in just 2 days. Very courteous but more importantly very professional and clean up so well done.

Used them for rebuild after I had ice dam damage inside my house. Though they were busy, and the initial time was delayed, once they started they moved quickly and with quality work as well. Very pleased with the work that was done. Kelly, my construction person was efficient and respectful to me and my home as well.His attention to detail stood out and I was very pleased. I was always kept informed from Spencer to Miles as well.

Yates Renovation's crew roofed my garage promptly and efficiently. I had a cupola on top and Yares was the only bid that said they would handle that no problem. Not only did they remove it, but they repaired it before they reinstalled it on the garage. Thanks for the good service.

Our parent's water pipe broke during the cold snap this past winter on Superbowl Sunday. Yares was quick to respond and addressed the situation promptly and professionally when there was a very high demand in the area due to many homes being impacted by the subzero temperatures. Spencer, Tony and the entire team were excellent in working with our insurance company, pool table movers, etc. to get the job done. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his crew put on a new deck for us. It looks beautiful, and Tony took the time to discuss all the material options to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The crew was punctual, friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We couldn't be happier with the final product and would recommend Yares to anyone looking to make any type of home improvement.

Tony and Myles from Yares Renovation Services came through in a horror like situation - the awful water bubble bulging in the wall. They provided expert advice through each step of the fix, was prompt and kind in their responses, and really was looking for the best possible outcome for me. They patched the roof twice upon insurance's requirements, and finally was able to come and replace the roof, which had apparently been patched up to less than code in the past from a previous owner. We now no longer have a leak and will have a much better house. No more worries about the roof over our head thanks to Yares!
