Belfore was great! We had a water leak in our bathroom and this team came in fast to mitigate the issue and communicated well through the project. They worked around our unique schedule. Miguel was absolutely amazing, clean and professional. Thank you Michael and Miguel!!

Horrible contractor. They can't paint, defame my character lie and performed horribly. They broke our thermostat, and several pictures. They will not reimburse us damages. They splattered paint on everything and fail on the restoration. Buyer be ware!

They trashed ourhouse and we came home to an epic disaster I've been dealing with their team since July. Save yourself the headache.

I am so grateful for the entire Springfield Belfor team! As the sole caretaker for two elderly homebound relatives, I have struggled to find reliable help with housecleaning and projects as my families house continued to be degraded. The Belfor team was very professional, compassionate and understanding. They worked around my full time work schedule and took extra care to ensure my family member with dementia was not confused by the changes. Jason with Belfor helped me find affordable flooring and Laura coordinated the cleaning and floor replacement teams. The whole team (Mike, Terrance, Amber, Juan, and Miguel)was friendly, kind and hardworking and managed to remove the carpet, deep clean the entire house, and lay down flooring with surprising speed and quality! The new floor is beautiful and the house is easy to maintain now that it is so clean. I would recommend Belfor for any family in need of restoration or assistance at home!

In a moment of desperation when I had my water emergency, I ignored USAA's advice and went with "the other guy." I won't make that mistake again. USAA brought in Marc Serra, Willy and the crew, and over the course of months did a bang-up job of replacing my tile, repainting my walls, clearing out all the damage and making my garage better than new. So many small but important details to list here, but the crew were unfailingly polite, I had perfect trust in their having keys to my home, and the guys, especially Willy and the plumber who put my toilet back together, went above and beyond. I can't say enough about how pleased I am, and how much I wished I'd called in Belfor at the beginning. Nobody wants a big emergency, but if you have one, it helps to have a team that leaves your home in better shape than you had it before the accident(s). Well done, all. The crew was awesome and did such a great job. They were so great to work with and took such wonderful care with our home . It’s never fun dealing with water damage to your home but the guys from Belfor made it so much better .

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The project manager was Joe Young and he followed through with everything he said. His communication throughout the entire process was fantastic and he did everything in his power to make sure we were taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to handle this project. The on-site contractor was Daniel Weaver and he was next level. I don’t think I have ever seen someone work harder in my life. Highly professional and efficient and was super polite with every interaction. His craftsmanship was spectacular and the attention to detail was super impressive. Whatever these guys are making it isn’t enough. A massive thank you to the both of them for making our house whole again.

Not quality work. Had to keeep poiting out things they missed while painting and changing the doors and siding.

I used metro for an insurance restoration and some upgrades tho my kitchen that turned into a complete remodel.They were on time and did great work. I willl use them again

They did a great job top to bottom on my bathroom remodel for a reasonable price. They have very skilled workers who work with you for exactly how you want it done.

We had a devastating fire and Metro came in and cleared the site of all the debris and rebuilt everything even better than it was before. These guys were professional, on time and did what they said they were going to do. I cant thank them enough. I'd give them 10 stars if i could.

Chuck was very prompt in providing a detailed quote for the water damage we experienced in our home. He provided like material recommendations including the measurements in affected rooms. I greatly appreciate the thoroughness of his quote, his quick responses and his professional attitude.

We were in a desperate situation after we had a leak that caused serious damage to our home. I was never given a copy of the estimate even though I asked multiple times. Then I was assured by Aaron that Chuck always gets his estimate approved by insurance. Everything was word of mouth from Aaron. We had to go to Home Depot to choose tile for our shower. Aaron waited until the last minute to order our shower and couldn’t get it in time. I had to choose our flooring and a new faucet. I saw all of the prices. I asked Aaron if I should just pick those things up myself. Aaron said no don’t do that we get a discount for these things so I will pick this up myself.Now I know why, because they charged us far more for these items than what they actually cost . Chuck never spoke to me again until the billing problem came up. They trying to get away with charging you more than they should by sending you a bill that’s not itemized. When I received the bill it was several thousands of dollars more than my insurance had approved. When I requested the itemized bill there were things listed on there that they didn’t do. Things like saying they had put new carpeting in the master bedroom. They did not even pull the carpeting up out of the master bedroom let alone put in carpeting. The bill was all sorts of screwy. They make the billing so confusing. On the original there is a separate charge for labor. When I questioned the price they were charging us for the tile because they were charging us three times more for the tile than what the tile cost he said he doesn’t charge separate for the labor that the labor was included in the cost for the tile. In the revised version he kept the numbers the same he just changed the wording on it. Had I received a copy of the original estimate I would have sent it on to my insurance company before having them start the work. With the desperate situation that we were in I did not do my part and make sure that I saw a physical estimate first. Unfortunately I am now being charged thousands of dollars more than our insurance estimate allowed. Make sure you get an itemized copy of your estimate first and make sure you see the approval from your insurance first if you are going through homeowners insurance. Don’t let them get away with lying to you and then you end up paying the price for it later. If I had it to do over again I would also go purchase all of those supplies myself rather than having them go purchase the supplies

I should have checked the Google reviews but my insurance recommended these folks and they were the only ones who quickly responded and came out to make an estimate on repairing a window on my house. They ended up having another company do the actual repair and they tried to charge me $357 for their services - the only service they provided was the estimate and calling the other company! Not only that, but they insisted on being the middle man with the glass company and they apparently kept forgetting - it ended up taking A MONTH for this window to be repaired. I had to call repeatedly to get them to follow through and put us in touch with the glass company. I should have given up and found someone else. I challenged them on the final invoice given that they did zero work (they were charging me for debris removal - they did none of that) and they came back with another invoice where they still get $250 for an estimate and literally making this process take forever. Stay away!!! They are committing insurance fraud.

Metro Construction helped us recover the water damaged house in Vancouver WA. It provided one-shot repairing services covering all aspects, water damage mitigation, ceiling/dry walls, floors, bathroom toilet/vanity/water supply, plumbing. and doors/frames. Chuck Jones, construction estimator, provided a one-basket estimation quickly with reasonable quotes. Aaron Baker, a production manager, came and oversaw all stages and sub-projects to ensure the quality of work. Their contractors are nice and friendly, and answered our questions in details. For the areas they don't directly cover they sub-contracted to their close partners, and make sure the quality as well.

When our HVAC system leaked and the water damage destroyed our beautiful acacia wood floors, I was devastated. Everyone told me how hard it would be to get matching floors. METRO CONSTRUCTION SAVED THE DAY!

Aaron Baker gave me a competitive estimate but more than that he was compassionate, highly attentive and very thoughtful about my goals with custom baseboards, wanting sound dampening barriers and how to work around my new HVAC system. He understood how to work with my property management company and HOA—filling out all of their forms—and everything was approved without a glitch. Chuck Jones, his associate, did a wonderful job of giving me detailed accounting of how much this was going to cost. No one wants to start a home project without a budget—thanks to Chuck and Aaron, I knew exactly what to expect. I have gorgeous new floors as of 2 hours ago.

Let me tell you about the gentlemen he sent out. Wow. Work ethic and craftsmanship at its finest. You would never know I’ve had water damage. They were professional, pleasant, on time, highly skilled and left my home in beautiful shape.

I am so happy with the work this company did for me. They really worked hard to get me the things I wanted for my home. a friend in eastern oregon that was having an addition put on her home and she is telling me story’s of the work the company she hired did and she is going to have to hire someone to fix the mess.
