John Sage came out to inspect our fire suppression system. We needed someone short notice, so that we could launch our first event. John came right away! He is kind, knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently! His energy locked me in as a life long Piper Fire customer. Thanks so much, John!

Had Piper Fire Protection send out a technician David Vachon to diagnose an issue of false fire alarms going off in our 4 story building. We have another vendor that we have had look at this multiple times but we were still having issues with faulty alarms.

David really went through the system and was able to determine the specific source of the problem and make the right repair. His knowledge was very impressive.

We do have other work that we need to get done in the building with relation to our fire system. We will definately be calling Piper Fire and asking for David whenever we need fire services.

Tyson came today to install a fire extinguisher in our community pool area. He was prompt, friendly and helpful in getting this insurance condition satisfied. I have been very impressed with everyone at Piper Fire Protection. Liam in the office was super helpful in getting Tyson scheduled. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.

Keith arrived with Jamie (15 min early!) and were very proactive and quick about getting the pipe leak repaired. Very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was a commercial space where they needed to access other areas of the building and I was impressed with how quickly and courteously they dealt with the problem. Highly recommended!!

Proactive Management contracted Piper Fire Protection to install all fire protection systems in all units I was most impressed by the high standard of work carried out by your three installers Rick Flanders, Jose Sanchez, and Ashton F. resulting in a solution that exceeded my expectations.
The team went above and beyond by clearly explaining what was being done and they were efficient, thorough, and completed the job promptly, leaving the work area spotless.

At the end they made me aware of any and all findings/issues and made sure I understood what they were talking about. If I could give more starts I would. What really stood out was how kind and respectful he was throughout the entire process—he genuinely cares about his clients and it shows.

I had a very negative experience with a Summit Fire Inspection employee named Jeremy.
He arrived an hour and a half later than the scheduled time to perform a fire alarm test, which was already frustrating. However, what made the situation much worse was his attitude and behavior once inside my room. Jeremy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and made inappropriate comments that were completely unacceptable.
As a guest, I should never feel uncomfortable or unsafe during a routine inspection, yet that is exactly how this interaction left me feeling. There is no excuse for this kind of conduct, especially in a role that requires entering private guest spaces.
Jeremy seriously needs coaching on professionalism, respect, and appropriate communication. His behavior does not reflect well on Summit Fire Inspection at all.

Wasted time -- it's about four "please hold for assistance" and each one is different. The operator who did answer advised that it was not possible to talk to anyone, and that they do not service Orlando, as they are actually located in Stuart, Florida??? 32808? It was a very bizarre phone call.
