I contacted Nick to have my extinguisher re-cert'd. He requested photos to research it. I sent (2) including a close up of the sticker w all the info on it. After he said come in, $50 I drove 40 minutes there only to have him say they don't work on those!! A complete waste of 2 hours & Orlando traffic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you can trust the employees, cause this place isn't one of them

this business is shady. David Dew did a cert on 10/14 when i wasnt there i never contacted this company. the fire extinguisher was certified the DAY BEFORE 10/13 from BNE fire and this dude took that and charged us 86 bucks will be calling back monday for a FULL refund. dont do business with this company

Look elswhere, quoted one price over the phone,( get a written one to be safe, their word is not their bond) shady sales rep and manager. Customers don't come up with random costs out of the blue. Quote a price over the phone, charge another. Shady operation. Bill comes $400 over the quote. Threaten to tear the tags off and put a lien on our business!!! Because you said one price and charged another. United never again!! You lost a customer and I hope this steers others away from you.

I live at deseo grande and this is the company of the fire alarm system here, AND IT SUCKS.
Every week it will go off for no reason. It went off yesterday (Saturday at 5:45am) and today (Sunday at 2:58 and it has literally been going off for over an hour). The firefighters came to reset the system but they couldn’t, so they left. I FEEL LIKE I AM LIVING IN A NIGHTMARE.

Needed to install two fire extinguishers same day and they sent someone out within the hour. Awesome customer service! Donny did an amazing job with the installation, was very informative and quick.

Called 8 fire companies before these guys and could not find any who would let me bring in a couple extinguishers to recharge. That is, until I found these guys. Very good pricing, very friendly and easy to work with, and fast service. Happy I found them.

Nick and his staff were closing up shop when I arrived to their Shader location. Instead of turning me away they reopened their operation and took 6 of my fire extinguishers without hassle! Their turn around time was so quick that they called me at 9am the next morning to pick up all 6 extinguishers. As a business owner I can't stress enough how convenient, professional, and friendly they were. Nick great job running that operation! We will be back soon for any services that we need!

Technician showed up on time and was great at assisting in solving problem we were having prior to testing. Testing passed. Great job done.

This is a great company to work with. I have had them maintenance my fire extinguishers for years and their work has always been fair and honest. The company I work for sells and installs paint booths and when the need for a dry chemical fire suppression system arises I only call United Fire Protection. They have never failed to supply excellent products, service and support. I highly recommend them.

Way to expensive and the tech that came out added so many things i did not need I had to call to get a discounted rate. Cintas is way more honest and affordable for fire extinguisher needs.

I roll in here every year without appointment etc to get my extinguishers recertified and they get it done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Happy to keep doing business with them

Do not allow this company into your business or home, they are not trustworthy, I was going to write a complaint with the business bureau, and could even find the company. Last time they came to do the fire equipment inspection at my restaurant. They charged me $70 for mis appointment, when they did not even call me to schedule an appointment, did not call me to let me know they were coming . I called them se real times to get a refund, no luck, they gave me the runaround and never got. Refund, how ever I told the that I did not want their service anymore.
Today one on their employees showed up wanted to do the inspection. Shame on you Summit fire & security.
