Kangs Flooring & Repair was a referral to me by a home developer leadman. Adam installed backsplashes in my kitchen as well as both my bathrooms (see photos). I couldn't be happier with my shower remodel! From start to finish, Adam was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. He listened to my ideas and provided great suggestions, ensuring the final design was exactly what I envisioned. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows. He stayed on schedule, kept the work area clean, and was respectful of my home throughout the process. I also love that he has experience in troubleshooting any plumbing issues that we encountered. My new shower is now the perfect blend of functionality and style. Highly recommend him for any future shower projects you have in mind!

Nice, professional experienced cleaners came but their were some issues: charged more then implied (and rather exhorbitant $50) to move some furniture, and in fact still didn't move some plants - one of which had a huge stain under it. Later sent photo and called but got a very kurt reply from un-sympathetic mgr., and he chose to not clean my huge rug (a $160 value to them) which they returned. They did come back to clean the stain. Not one employee apologized. I was cordial and polite about it all. Shame because they were the only outfit I'd ever used - never again though.

Jessie got us scheduled same week and gave us a quote of 295. Mitch got here did a great job AND came in under the quote for the work we wanted. We will use them again!

Professional Carpet Systems consistently provides excellent service and value. Their technicians are courteous and have always done an excellent job in my home, from carpet cleaning to upholstery cleaning to area rugs.

I have used professional carpet cleaners for 15 years. When I requested them to clean my bedrooms I told them my house had been painted snd I needed them to be careful. Even when the cleaning crew arrived I told them to be careful. Needless to say they scuffed my wall. When I pointed it out the cleaner guy told me he had been careful and maybe next time I should paint after I have my carpets cleaned. I paid the guy and told him to leave my home. He raised his voice at me and told me I have a problem. Not the customer service I expected. He still wanted to stay and argue with me and I had to raise my voice a second time snd tell him to get out of my home. I honestly expected some type of resolution with the company but didn’t even get a call. Oh but I did get a thank you note in the mail. The sad part is if he had of owned his mistake and apologized I could have dealt with that. I just couldn’t deal with the disrespectful attitude. I will never use this company again and this company did not try to contact me for resolution which must mean they don’t need repetitive business.

Great company. We use them for our 472 unit apartment complex and they never fail. Always on time, always going the extra mile to make sure the new move ins are looking spotless. Great company.

I had requested a phone call 10-15 min prior to the arrival. I received a call to let me know that the tech was there...I rushed to get home when I got out of my vehicle the young man that was sent to my home today was very unprofessional. He got out of the van and starred at me as though he had never seen another life form??? he refused to speak or introduce himself or the company that he worked for. Had the company name not been on the van he was driving I would have probably called the cops. I had to introduce myself and I was not sure that I even wanted to leave my home with this person inside unsupervised. I then call PCS and was transferred to Corey who then wanted to defend the Rude unprofessional conduct of his employee and wanted to tell me that he was shy and had, had a hard life. Last time I checked life is not a bed roses for anyone....Corey, without my knowledge, then went to my home himself unannounced, my husband also went home to check on things. He was not spoken to at all except when Corey approached him to tell him that every thing looked good when he was wiping the steps down. (btw he didn't even ask who Keith was) How could Corey decide for me if the job was satisfactory???? I would not use them again in the future or refer them. I had used them before and they did a great job its funny how time has changed so much. When I called to pay I was not asked how the job looked or if I was satisfied it was get the cc # and done....there are still some good customer service oriented companies around. But I would not use them again.

We’ve used PCS multiple times, and are always blown away by the quality of service at bargain prices. Experts at repairing damaged carpet and thorough at deep-cleaning. Definitely plan on using again in the future!
