Extremely disappointing. Have worked with this team before and it was amazing. This go around however was full of ignored communication. Even when I was upsold for nearly 1000$ worth of work, they ignored my request for availability. Never on time and just don’t show up unless reminded constantly. They obviously don’t want new business. They even put my shower back with poor caulking because they were upset we decided to go with someone else. So sad to see local businesses ignore clients.

Edgar and his crew do an amazing job! It all starts with his excellent communication. Everything is upfront and he does not leave you guessing. They are very punctual and their work is outstanding. They went out of their way to clean as good as they were able due to the dust created in the demo stage. They are very quality and definitely look out for the customer. I will use this company again and I highly recommend them!

We had an outstanding experience and blown away by the job that was done. It was quick and well coordinated. The whole process from start to finish was well communicated and extremely smooth.

At first, when it came to the insurance, they were prompt getting the insurance to approve work. As well as getting the work done at my house. However, the tile that they laid started coming up four years after. I contacted Johnny and he said he was going to let his foreman know. He said his would call me back. I never got called back and I called several times to no avail. I had to replace half of the tile in the hall and 1/4 of the tile in my bedroom.

We had the best experience. Diana was instrumental in helping us pick the perfect tile - texture and color. Manny and the rest of the installation crew did a fabulous job - so professional and friendly. Their attention to detail was perfection. Jorge added the carpet to tile transitions for the beautiful detailed finishing touch. Thank you all so much!

The customer service is excellent. A real person with knowledge actually answers the phone and helps you. Their product is remarkable and easy to use. Don't go anywhere else.

This place has got to be the best business experience I have ever had. I did my first install as a DIY radiant heat novice and I was constantly on the phone asking for help. Everytime they were patient and professional. Years later I love this system but messed with my thermostat and burned out a fuse. I called to see where to buy one and they offered to send some to me right away. Please use these guys and keep them in business!

Buyer beware! I bought my floor heat system from Radiant. It worked for a short time. Then the pump that circulates water from the water heater to the heat exchanger broke. It was the middle of winter and the lack of heat caused my Manabloc manifold to burst open spraying water everywhere. At first I didn’t know why the heat stopped. Turns out the impeller in the pump was defective. Not only did I not get any help from Radiant, I was told “ our equipment has never failed, therefore it cannot fail. The house was still not ready to live in so I was not there at the time. I came in to find water everywhere. I would caution anyone who considers using Radiant to find someone who stands behind their product, instead of “ we have your money, now get lost! “ like I said. Buyer beware!

The initial unit they sent was leaking due to a faulty connection by the company. Wasn't leak tested. Also, pump was installed backwards. Questionable quality control. I was able to talk to someone and they did send a replacement piece with a 2% discount for my troubles. I went with this pricier set up to save me time, but it ended up costing me more time than building myself. It has been working for 3 weeks, hopefully this will continue.

Radiant Floor Co is an amazing company that truly cares about the products they sell and isntall. Rick helped me design and walk through every aspect of our home's heating system. 3+ years later, he is still available to talk about aspects of the system, minor adjustments, and optimizing everything you have set up, or adding to it! This is an A++ company - not only is the customer service out of the park, but their pricing is also very reasonable. Thank you!

They are some of the easiest people to work with.So friendly and willing to help you with your needs. Makes you feel that you are the most important person at that time. You always get a real person on the phone. I wish all companies did business like they do. I always brag about my system. Thanks

For over a month after install I had problems with their system not heating my domestic water unless I hit a backflow valve a couple times. First they said valve was dirty and to clean it (it was with their solder), still did not fix the problem. Second they said to put a whole house filter on ( I did), they even brought up about my ph of my water was too high.still didn't fix it. Third, I was put on the phone with a different person, the guy was very very rude and also raised his voice at me like the problem was me, I hung up the phone on him. Called the next day to start over with him. Finally sent a new valve, had it installed (80$). Fixed the problem, asked to get reimbursed for the faulty original valve, they said no, it was my problem. I don't get it, spent a lot of money on their system, they should've paid to the labor $ to have the valve replaced. I think they just could not believe the system could be bad, heck I don't know. Would I buy from them again?, probably not!

Do Not Buy From This Company. And if you have bought from them already, contact a local plumber and make sure its up to code. They sent a system to me that was not compliant with my local codes and the plumbers I used said it was a pretty big
no-no. They also said they had mailed replacement part but those still haven't showed up. Multiple leaks and just horrible customer service after the system was installed and I called out the mistakes. I will be contacting the department of commerce in my state and the state they are in. If they are not going to follow local building codes they can be sending these systems around the country. Very dissatisfied

Absolutely the best experience ever!! Had 2 homes that needed something. One was bring readied for sale. The carpet installation was fast and performed on time. It was beautiful and I am sure the quality product and excellent installation sold that house. The other house was 3200 square feet of flooring. It is nothing short of stunning!! From ordering to installation it has been a wonderful experience. Thank you Diane for your professionalism and efficiency. Would not bring enjoying my new floor and home without you!!
