Flooring reviews across the US

Grande Flooring were professional, courteous and punctual. Had our basement done and absolutely love it! I will certainly consider them for future projects.

Great job ,fair price, excellent product

Independent and locally owned for many years is the way to go. John puts pride and integrity into his work, from assisting you with selecting the right floor for your needs, to the finished product, you won't be disappointed.

I have known John for almost 20 years now and know he is reliable and trustworthy. He has done several jobs for us as well as many of our family and friends and I would recommend him at anytime.

John and his crew did a beautiful job at our home and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great selections... great prices... prompt courteous service.

Grande flooring has transformed just about every room in our home over the years from kitchen to bathrooms, bedrooms, and even our laundry room. Their work is very professional, clean, and well priced. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with flooring or tile work. I highly recommend.

I hired John Grande from Grande Floors, to transform my whole house. They laid hardwood floors in my foyer, kitchen, dining room, living room and my daughters bedroom. The remainder of the main house has new carpet. They also laid ceramic tile in our in-law suite. They are very reliable and trustworthy. John Grande is extremely professional and I will NEVER give my business to another flooring company. Thank you, John Grande!

I don't usually write reviews. I know I should more often but this time I had to.

The owner is involved during the entire process, which is amazing and important, and here's a great reason why...

I purchased my kitchen floor from them. During installation....I should say at the end...there were 2 damaged cases....not their fault. So he had to finish after ordering 2 more cases. But even using the same stock code, the floor color was a hair off. So he wouldn't use it. After speaking to the manufacturer, he determines it won't be 100% the same.

Rips up the entire new floor and redoes it. Some would say...well this is the right thing to do. Of course, but if the owner isn't involved, how many contractors would have installed it with the slightly off color?

Great job and extremely reputable company. Highly recommend.

On Monday 11/27/23 John Grande and his team installed Mohawk Solid Tech Plus - Amber Escape/Charlotte, the floor is absolutely beautiful. After the floors were installed I walked around the house just saying WOW! Thanks John and team for your hard work ripping out three layers of kitchen flooring before installing the new vinyl floors in the kitchen, dining/living room area and hallway. Thanks to Dave the store manager for explaining the different types of flooring and answering my questions. If google had a ten star rating, Grande Flooring would have definitely received it.

7/1/24 we just had our Master Bath, & second smaller bath remodeled by Grande Floors. They were on time, each day, there were a couple hiccups, but John the owner was on it immediately! We have had many contractors over the years, John is a Gem! Great guy! I highly recommend!

The work quality had exceeded our expectations. The estimate was detailed so there were no surprises and we were kept informed as to work progress. The installers were friendly and respectful of our property.

The Grande staff, the entire crews, is absolutely amazing. Not only they come on time but clean after the job. John and Dave seem to be excellent business partners. What I like the most is that their estimate is accurate.

John and his staff at Grande flooring were terrific to work with. They were courteous, timely and considerate Of our house and belongings. It was truly a great experience to work with them creating our master bathroom. From helping us pick out the right combinations of tile and borders to the detail craftsmanship of the bathroom. Would highly recommend Grande flooring for your remodeling project.

My wife and I own a rental property that a previous tenant had caused significant damage to, in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted Grande Flooring to install new flooring in the bathroom and new flooring and a backsplash in the kitchen.

The staff at Grande were incredibly helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped us select flooring that looks great in our rental property.

Grande's prices were great and they got the job done quickly. We plan on using them soon to redo our foyer and master bathroom floors.

John Grande was amazing! After a flood that took out half my house, John fixed everything. So much better than before. He worked within the homeowner coverage and came in exactly on budget. The house is beautiful now. I highly recommend Grande Flooring of any and all your needs. It only say's floors...but he act4d as our general contractor. Absolutely Awesome.

We are so happy AGAIN with the beautiful work that John and his crew do. This is our 2nd time using Grande floors. Floors are beautiful and their prices are unbeatable! We will continue to recommend Grande to all of our family and friends. Thank you for making our preschool fresh again!

Grande Floors entirely transformed our kitchen! The team was super accommodating with fulfilling our wish list and so easy to work with. Easy decision to hire them again.

Great job on my master bath. They were professional, prompt and everything concluded as the owner designed, just as expected. They specialize in flooring, however, I would recommend these guys to manage a project for upgrades and renovations.

Grande Floors did my entire first floor upgrade from carpet and ceramic tile, to LVP. Everything from choosing the floor, demolition, installation was perfect. They recently renovated one of our bathrooms. Again, from choosing tile and remodeling, they do it all. Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, tile and bath install. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently had John Grande replace a rug in our living room/dinning room with engineered hardwood. He and his crew were exceedingly knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. They did the work in one day, cleaned as they went, put all the furniture back in place, and dusted the furniture! John was very easy to work with, understood all we needed and in the time frame required. I have and will continue to recommend Grande Floor Covering to family and friends alike. Thank you John!
