We had a circuit breaker that would trip occasionally when we used the microwave. Kyle listened & explained how the circuit breakers work & gave me a lesson on the electrical panel. They gave me a day and a start time, not a window and showed up early. Didn't push add ons just did the job and did it well. Left the job site clean and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Price was reasonable and competitive. Personal interaction with crew was professional yet fun. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

Great experience with this team. They were punctual and professional. The moved switches, added outlets, ran low voltage wires, and wired a floor outlet. They did a great job and I am very happy. They will be my first call any time I need electrical work done.

Kyle and his team saved our asses. One of our athletic recovery medical devices had electrical issues while in town for a Bowl Game. Up and Down came out to the training room within a couple hours, allowed the training staff to get back to work. Reasonable, professional, and just found a way to get the job done.

Kyle and his teammate from Up & Down Electrical Services, installed a Generator Inlet and cord to run our Westinghouse generator. They did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain the process, always asking if we had any questions, they also took the time to run a full test and explained everything to our satisfaction.
