Reviews of local pros in Altamonte Springs, Florida

Arctic Cool just replaced our entire unit inside and out! They’re amazing to work with. From the quote to the install these guys are beyond professionals! I may be a renter, but they’ll always have my business. Fast turn around with great communication! Best team to have around in Florida! In a business that’s easy to get taken advantage of, these guys are spot on! Still amazed that quoted and installed in less than a week, even during the holidays!

Artic Cool installed our unit 6 years ago and have maintained it since then. But this last visit was what set them apart. AC was only blowing warm air and I called their after service line (Saturday at 9pm) and Chris was out here in an hour. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.
We were worried about our 2 year old attempting to sleep in a 90* house and he said, literally, "I can fix it now."
Chris, you are our hero, keep doing what you do!

Arctic Cool did an excellent job servicing my AC unit and handling a warranty part replacement. Lynn and Trent were right on time, professional, and got the work done quickly while keeping me updated along the way. Jamie was a pleasure to work with on scheduling, and CJ made sure everything was coordinated smoothly and taken care of fast. The whole team made the process easy and stress-free—highly recommend!

I have used Arctic Cool for the last few repair and I highly recommend them. They are friendly, responsive, and actually show up when they say they will. They took the time to find and fix what was broken and were not trying to upsale me or make the job bigger than it was. Best of all they are very reasonably price, especially for their excellent service. If you’re looking for a AC/Heating company call them, you’ll be happy!

Absolutely wonderful company. Fair pricing and great techs. Installed my 3 ton AC and air handler in one day, did A fantastic job, cleaned up everything when they were done, including hauling my old system away. Now I have cold and reliable AC for years to come. Thank you, Arctic Cool!

Fantastic A/C company that has excellent service with super fast response time when our system went down. Highly recommend!

Integrated did a great job on my HVAC system. I was getting major water damage from my previous unit. Integrated came in and went beyond just the simple install by replacing the damaged wood and adding extra protection from any future leaks. The new Lennox system gives me a 10-year warranty at a great price. I highly recommend them!!

Our HVAC was totally replaced By Josh * Edwin who were experts at their trade. Josh was our pre-installation contact. He was amazing: excellent communication to keep us updated, polite, caring and patient in addition to his knowledge of the trade. Edwin was senior on the job and managed the installation most efficiently. They were challenged by the old unit and still managed to stay within the estimated time frame (even though they replaced much of the old wiring, hoses etc). The frosting on the cake for us was the unbelievable cleanup they did... going the extra mile in our garage.
Kudos and many thanks to Integrated Air & Heat. They are reliable and HIGHLY recommended.

We had a great experience with Sunrise. They installed our new unit quickly, kept everything clean, and were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional AC service!

Such a great team. I needed to replace an old packaged unit and get a pre-summer checkup on my other unit. Start to finish the Sunrise team is honest, efficient, and easy to work with. I will use them for my further maintenance needs. Thanks Sunrise.

Great knowledgeable service and care!

Great service and installation. Will recommend to everyone. Family run, can't say enough on the great service.

Great People! Fair pricing! Beyond normal service! I would never use anyone else until I had checked with these guys!!!

These folks did what they said they would do. They arrived on time on the designated day, worked efficiently and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive to questions. Quick response to phone calls and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend.

Aaron at sunrise is the best! Our master bedroom was the hottest room in the house (gets sunlight for half the day directly on a wall with no insulation). We were planning an overhaul of our system and he suggested something better. Since the rest of our house gets cool pretty efficiently, he suggested a mini split rather than replace a working system. We spent less money than we would have replacing the whole system, and now our master bedroom is BY FAR the coolest room in the house. We were also able to tap into the mini split to add a system to our florida room for a super reasonable amount. Highly recommend Sunrise!

I have been with this company since the beginning
The most honest caring business out there
I truly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be cheated

We want interested readers to know Aaron and his team are superstar pros in the Central Florida world of Heating & Air Conditioning contractors.

For nearly a decade Aaron and his team have serviced & installed HVAC units at multiple residential & commercial properties we own or have owned. Sunrise is alway's thorough & conscientious in the performance of their work. Aaron's pricing is competitive every time he quotes our jobs. Sunrise is our absolute exclusive go-to source for any heat or air need we require.

In short, in our opinion, there is no other heating & air conditioning service that is better than Sunrise Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc...they are truly worth every penny!

We have recommended Aaron & Sunrise to other friends & clients in the area who have been pleased with their service. Sunrise is an honorable family business and their results speak for themselves.

UPDATE: Sunrise recently replaced my 1st floor 20 year old Lennox Heat Pump with an Amana "S Series" Heat Pump (Amana brand of heating and air conditioning systems is a part of Daikin Industries LTD based in Japan). This unit is the quietest unit I have ever owned AND it maintains a constant temp with low humidity more consistently than any other unit I have ever experienced! A big thank-you to Aaron & Sunrise!

We had a great experience. Our bedroom just couldn’t stay cold after a few bandaid fixes. Aaron suggested a mini split and our life changed! Our house is so much more comfortable. Aaron is knowledgeable and is provides great value.

Had a leak under my foundation and had to have refill after refill on the refrigerant. They came in, replaced the lines and system and took very good care of me. Fair price and quality service. Have recommended to other friends in the area. Great family based business.

We can rely on Sunrise H & AC when needed. They serviced our 30 year old AC in Mom's home and were there to replace it quickly when the time came. We are extremely satisfied with the new unit, all for a very reasonable price too.
