Our house flooded a couple of weeks ago due to our kitchen sink. We originally went with a different company our insurance company referred us to and they didn't even check the entire house. A friend told us about Servpro and they checked every wall and every single room. They were able to get the fans and dehumidifiers in there right away. They even took care of all of our soaked carpets for us and cleaned our Daughter's carpet in her room. I would highly recommend them.

This company and these fellas in particular were unlike any other experience we've had when it came to contractors taking care of a large project in the house. We had major flooding and mold due to a faulty upstairs washing machine and Javier and his team were extremely helpful. They packed everything with care and moved everything out for us for storage. They set up plenty of dehumidifiers, removed all of the damaged drywall and flooring, and communicated with us every step of the way. They made the overall process far less stressful and did a good job.

Javier and Rafi were amazing!! They helped move all of our furniture and were so accommodating to our kids and pets! They weee extremely knowledgeable and communicative. They were also really friendly to the kids and made their visit smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend using them!!

What a such incredible crew this company has! I cannot believe how quickly and effective the team commanded by Jesus Perez in conducting the pack out of my house after a flooding.

Víctor and kattar did an amazing job with my condo fire. It was truly one of the hardest nights of my life but their reassuring attitude and positive demeanor helped me get through it. After the initial water from the sprinklers was removed, they had my condo packed out and cleaned up within a few days. I couldn't believe how fast they moved. The did an excellent job. I highly recommend Serv Pro but am very hopeful I never have to call them again. ha!

Valeria handled the emergency at my house, where a small flood occurred due to broken pipes, with remarkable attentiveness and kindness. She provided detailed explanations and effectively calmed me down during a stressful situation.

Our recent experience with Kattar, Victor and the team has been exceptional. Their communication, follow up, and response was excellent. They made the process of having water damage in our home easy to understand and deal with. It was great that they offered remodel service as well. We would use them again and refer to all of our family and friends.

This company is currently doing repair in our apartment from water damage from the hurricane. It has been on going, on and off, for the past 6 weeks. We have a 7 week old newborn and have been basically confined to our bedroom this entire time. The workers are nice but it has taken way too long, and things have had to be fixed multiple times because it wasn’t done properly initially. We have let the apartment complex know how unhappy we are with the service as well.

UPDATE:
I see the company has responded saying they haven’t done work at my apartment complex….. o never mentioned which complex it is, so how would they know they haven’t done work?

after the floods in my property (st. louis missouri) we called servpro incredible that the guys came from Orlando Florida to help us Jesús, Kattar and Victor with all their team have left my house to be rebuilt as a healthy space thank you
