Victor and his team did an excellent job remediating the water damage from our house. Friendly, very responsive and communicated every step of the process. In addition their work was extremely efficient and made sure the house was clean before leaving for the day.

Jesus and Eddy quickly assessed my issue and went to work immediately. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through a bad situation from a backed up drain that resulted in water and mold damage. I would not hesitate to use in the future.

Kevon & Joilius I think he I think Mr.Kevon did a great job and everything that was done in my house. I appreciate it what he did very much and I will actually hire him at any time to do any work for me or any of my friends or family or anybody I gave a 10 .

Last month my Sisters home caught on fire. She immediately contacted her insurance company, in which Servpro was contacted. We received immediate response from Servpro, in a hour they showed up to secure the home. This was our first encounter with Heyditch and Domenico. They were Heaven sent for sure. Since day one they arrived on time going above and beyond. They maintained a positive attitude that has helped in such a hard time for my sister and I. They take pride in helping others and it shows. Even speaking words of encouragement to help with keeping our spirits up. On a daily basis they communicate on how the work process is going, explaining every detail, answering many questions that we have had during this process. Heyditch and Domenico, are a loyal and trustworthy team. Words can not describe how Thankful we are to them for guiding us through this process. They certainly are an asset to this company. A BIG THANK YOU to Heyditch and Domenico.

UPDATE: PLEASE, PLEASE…. Before the next assignment on your project or paying out your initial payment. Review what is being presented to you. Question every charge. They OVERCHARGE to the MAXIMUM. This project is not completed. My sister is still displaced from her home. They have left her high and dry once initial payment was received from her. The amount charged was outrageous. The Construction Department walked away without trying to resolve this matter. No other options, their BID was outrageous. The saying everyone is for themselves is true with this company. There MISSION in helping others it untrue. Their MISSION is to make themselves more Money, by overcharging you and your home owners insurance.

Herman Solir and his team did a great job providing mitigation after a pipe burst behind our dishwasher. They arrived on time, did a thorough job of preparing the area, and did a thorough cleanup. They were courteous and helpful.

We had water damage to our ceilings, drywall and hardwood floors. ServPro was one of the recommendations from my insurance company and I’m so very happy that I went with them. Jose - project manager, Javier and Simon arrived the next morning (Friday) with a crew and went to work extracting water from the carpet upstairs and put in fans and dehumidifiers both upstairs and downstairs. On Monday they started with the removal of the carpet and then the pack-out of our belongings in the affected areas. They handled everything with care. They were equally careful during the demo process of the floors, drywall and ceilings, and contained the unaffected areas really well.
I can’t speak highly enough about the crew. They were on time every day, professional, worked hard, made sure everything was neat and clean when they were done, and they were kind. Special mention to Jose, Javier and Simon who were present throughout the 2 weeks+. They were reassuring that they would take good care of everything during this part of the process and they made certain that all would be ready for the next steps. You want a great crew when going through a stressful situation such as this. I highly, highly recommend.

The water mitigation team quickly and completely resolved my issues. The reconstruction team gave me back a home as if nothing ever happened.
