Austin will come out and evaluate the tree / trees that are to be worked on. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees and explains exactly what needs to be done. After he finished our trees they looked absolutely beautiful. If you ask him to include taking away what he cut down, he does an excellent job cleaning up. I would give Austin a solid 5 stars.

I cannot say enough good things about Epic tree trimming company! From start to finish, Austin went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We had a large structure that needed to come through the property, and rather than removing trees, he carefully and strategically tied them up to avoid any damage — preserving the beauty of the large oak tree!.

What truly stood out was Austin’s professionalism and thoughtfulness. He even reached out to my neighbor personally to explain the process, easing their concerns and providing all the information they needed to feel comfortable with what was happening next door. That kind of communication and care is rare!

This business surely is EPIC! What an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Austin and his team are literally perfection with trees! I was outside watching and I just was in awe of the precision and attention to detail. They saved my butt during hurricane Milton removing a large oak limb from my roof. So this is my second time having them out. They returned today to take the rest of my very large oak down! Austin is fair and so personable! I’ll be using only Epic in the future and so should you!!

Roy and Troy demonstrated exceptional care to protect the vegetation around the house. They used a primarily low pressure cleaning system. It was exactly what I needed and desired. They were able to clean and return the appearance of the house to what it was 10 years ago. Exceeding our expectations tends to be an overused comment on better than average service. In this case, it doesn’t come close to the results achieved. I could not recommend this team any higher! Horrible company, Do Not use! I called them to fix my sprinklers that were sticking up to far. Now not only do they stick up, they leak, make noises, called the guy, he answers back by text messages, said he would come back to fix it. This went on for several days, enough days for the check to clear his bank, and now says it’s not his fault that they are leaking, and laughs at you when you he does answers his phone.
