Charter Electric: A Cut Above the Rest

I can’t say enough positive things about Charter Electric and their technician, Estevan. They recently completed a complex electrical project for me, which involved hardwiring my hot tub from the backyard to the main electrical panel in the front.

Estevan's work was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail was impressive, and the final job was incredibly neat and clean. Given the extreme Florida heat, the fact that he was able to work efficiently in my attic is a testament to his professionalism.

The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and stress-free. The communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. Without hesitation, I will choose Charter Electric for all my future electrical needs.

On time and listened to our problem and completed the repair.

Joe was fabulous. I had 2 other service people try correct a problem left by the general contractor. One was from a different electric service company. Neither completed all that needed to be done. Scott, the manager made the right call to reschedule the appointment so Joe could do the work. Joe kept running into issues which of course each took time we didn’t expect. I finally feel that the vented stove exhaust is installed and working correctly thanks to Joe and his manager Scott

There might have been a bit less expensive average per hour electricians out there, but Charter got us in the next day on our time, since we had Dr's appointments that day and we called the night before when issue arised. Joe showed up on time, communicated before he arrived, did his troubleshooting safely and fixed the problem within a timely and professional manner. Honest, humorous, experienced, straight to the point good and smart business. Real impressed. Thank you.

Kevin did an excellent job replacing our outdated electrical panel with a bigger more up to date one. He worked diligently to label the panel and respected our property. He was very kind and courteous. We would recommend him to friends who are in need of electrical work and will call Charter should we need electrical work again.
